This Governmental Decree establishes that land plots shall be allotted for provisional tenancy covering the period of subsoil management for the following purposes: (a) geological exploration of subsoil; and (b) mining and construction of the infrastructure for subsoil management.

They make provision with respect to an application for consent to sublet farming unit and rent, defines size of farming unit to be sublet and the duration of a sublease, prescribe conditions on subletting farming units by sub-lessees and prescribe conditions on grazing livestock.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “By Government resolutions, state forest land plots may be transferred by the right of trust to perform state functions specified by the Forest Law Act. State land plots may be transferred by the Government resolutions by the right of trust and to other entities specified in the Law on the Management, Use and Disposition of State and Municipal Property in the Law, when the law assigns them state functions.”

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots and forest plots pertaining to public ownership shall be allotted to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, which have concluded hunting management contracts, in accordance with land and forest legislation, if not otherwise envisaged by the acting federal legislation”.
