This Regional Law sets forth the following priorities of land policy: (a) state regulation with a view of conservation of particularly valuable land categories, agricultural land and protected areas; (b) exercise of rights of residents in the sphere of land relations; (c) conservation of agricultural land; (d) ecofriendly methods of land tenure; and (d) conservation of traditional Cossack land tenure.

This Regulation concerns rural land management and rights and use of rural land in Amhara National Region. It seeks to create favourable conditions enabling the land administration system to promote long-lasting agricultural development and productivity in the regional state by causing the full implementation of the rights and obligations pertaining to the rural land holders as are stipulated under the Revised Rural Land Administration and Use Determination Proclamation.

The present Regulations are made under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to Crown resource land referred to in: a) The Forest Resources Management Act; b) The Provincial Lands Act; c) The Natural Resources Act.

This new Provincial Lands Act aims to modernize the legislative framework and provide better environmental. In particular, the Act provides for better protection for Crown land by investing the government with the ability to respond and take action when land is being misused, such as issuing immediate stop work orders. Furthermore, the framework for the Ministry of Agriculture Crown leases shall be used as security; and the time period of certain long-term leases where significant investments are possible, such as wind power development shall be increased.

This Regulation determines the effective national public interest and related actions in terms of concessions and land expropriation as regards the construction of several small hydropower plants on the Montenegro land area situated on the boundaries of the river called Đurička (Municipality of Plav, Republic of Montenegro), including the areas of its small flowing/tributary side rivers (full coordinates and land parcels description is part of the text).

The Vision of the Forest Policy is that: by 2062, Jamaica’s forests and its biodiversity are sufficiently restored and sustainably managed, so once again the island can adequately be described as “the land of wood and water”, capable of meeting the social, economic and ecological needs of current and future generations.

This Law amends some provisions prescribed by the Law on sanitary and health inspection (Official Gazette 87/2013 and 106/2013).Changes are related to the specific bans on the acquisition of state owned land by certain natural and legal persons.

The Basic Law is amended by adding at the end of Part VI A, the following new Part VIB on Land leasing Interpretative provisions.

This Law amends certain articles part of the Law on sanitary and health inspection (Official Gazette 87/2013, 106/2013 and 137/2013).Changes are related to the administrative and legal issues defining the entry onto force of specific provisions.

These Regulations, made in terms of section 45 of the Communal Land Reform Act, provide with respect to a wide variety of matters concerning communal land and communal land rights. Part I deals with (application for) customary land rights. It specifies the maximum size of land that may be held under customary land right and specifies particulars pertaining to allocation of customary land right.

This Decree puts into effect the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. In the meantime the legislation of the RSFSR is applicable within the limits that it doesn't contradict the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. The "Land Code" is applicable to offences committed after its validation except for the offences liable to the articles 47-51 that are applicable after the validation of the Law of the RSFSR regarding land charges.
