These Regulations, consisting of 36 Articles divided into 5 Chapters, are enacted pursuant to Article 6 of Land Tax Act and Article 25 of the Equalization of Land Right Act. This Order defines the organizational principles for the conservation of degraded and low-yielding land whose economic use is environmentally hazardous and economically inefficient, as well as technogenically contaminated land plots, on which it is impossible to obtain ecofriendly products, and the presence of people on these land plots is dangerous for their health.

This Regulation of the Council of the Amhara Regional Government establishes the Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service as a Regional government office. The Office shall be involved in the procurement of goods for public bodies and the disposal of goods of public bodies, and shall assist public developmental enterprises with regard to the procurement of goods and services as well as the disposal of property. The Office shall have a board of management and work under the supervision of the Amhara National Regional State Finance and Economic Development Bureau.

The Integrated Financing Strategy is a guiding framework for locating and developing a mix of financial resources to fund programs and projects related to combating desertification and sustainable land management. These resources can be either (i) available (resources that have been located and are awaiting activation, such as donor funds set aside for a specific priority) or (ii) created (generated by means of specific action steps, such as through a change in legislation or a political lobby).

This Act declares all the lands within 100 metres limit of the 1967 shoreline of Nigeria and any other land reclaimed from any lagoon, sea or ocean in or bordering Nigeria or of oceans bordering the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the exclusion of any right accruing to any body corporate or unincorporate or industry, to vest in the Federal Government of Nigeria.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) implements provisions of the Community Rights Law of 2009 with Respect to Forest Lands ("Community Rights Law"), and determines the rules, guidelines and procedures for the establishment of authorized forest communities and to access, manage, use and the benefits of forest resources within the Republic of Liberia, and participation by communities in the reforestation, rehabilitation and conservation of forest and wildlife resources in Liberia.

This Act, consisting of 20 sections and one Table, creates the Chittagong Hill Tracts Land Dispute Settlement Commission.
