Governmental Decree No. 810 “On the issues of allotment of land plots for subsoil management”.

This Governmental Decree establishes that land plots shall be allotted for provisional tenancy covering the period of subsoil management for the following purposes: (a) geological exploration of subsoil; and (b) mining and construction of the infrastructure for subsoil management.

They make provision with respect to an application for consent to sublet farming unit and rent, defines size of farming unit to be sublet and the duration of a sublease, prescribe conditions on subletting farming units by sub-lessees and prescribe conditions on grazing livestock.

Regional Law No. 74 “On allotment of land plots to multi-child families”.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment in ownership by purchase or free of charge of plots of land pertaining to public and municipal property to multi-child families, and also establishes minimum and maximum land areas of the aforesaid plots of land. Multi-child family shall be considered family with three or more children less than 18 years of age. The aforesaid plots of land in inhabited areas shall be allotted for housing construction and subsistence family farming. Allotment of the aforesaid plots of land shall be performed once-only.

La presente Resolución establece el Procedimiento de parcelaciones de tierras nacionales para la adjudicación con fines agrarios o en función de esta actividad. La Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras (ANATI), podrá crear, por medio de metodología convencional o por regularización masiva de tierras, parcelaciones agrarias para destinarlas a la cría directa de animales o cultivo vegetal con fines de producción de alimentos, o para la vivienda de personas o familias dedicadas a la actividad agraria.

Public Lands Ordinance (Cap. 116).

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the compulsory acquisition of lands for public purposes and compensation for such acquisition to the landowner. It sets out the procedure for such acquisition and subsequent registration of land. The Governor may be required to purchase the rest of a piece of land if only a part was acquired and the rest is rendered useless to the owner. It shall be lawful for the Minister to resell any land purchased under this rule. The Ordinance also makes provision for resolution of disputed regarding compensation, etc.
