Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale est relatif au plan d'application des pesticides dans les espaces publics. Il met en exécution article 6 de l'ordonnance du 20 juin 2013 relative à une utilisation des pesticides compatible avec le développement durable en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. Notamment, l’article 2 établit que le gestionnaire d'espaces publics qui souhaite utiliser des pesticides conformément à l'article 6, paragraphe 2 de l'ordonnance susvisée établit un seul plan d'application pour l'ensemble des espaces publics qu'il gère.

These Regulations aim at implementing the special protection of the basic farmland and promoting the development of agricultural production and the national economy. "Basic farmland" means cultivated land which is determined in accordance with the demand of the population of agricultural products, the needs of the national economy, as well as a forecast of the use of land for construction for specified period of time, and which shall not be occupied for other uses for a long term, or within the specified protective period.

This Law closely regulates various issues (administrative, legal, procedural, technical) regarding the effective use, management and disposal of state owned properties (mobile and immovable), including the land and agricultural land (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 77 articles, including the offences and related penalties (see Chapter VII).

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum land area allotted out of stock of agricultural land, pertaining to public or municipal ownership, to citizens for farming on condition of tenancy or ownership free of charge shall be 50 ha”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 54-ZO “On turnover of agricultural land”. (2014-04-10)

The Guideline provides for areas of the public forestry and pasture fund that may be leased according to the public competition/bidding procedures. The forestry authorities assess the forestry and pasture areas at the beginning of the year and submit the proposed list of leases to the municipality together with a detailed report on their potential use. The leases should comply with the law requirements regarding the allowed activities as well as the long- and short-term management plans.

This Act provides with respect to the management and conservation of forest resources in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It also provides for the protection of water resources present in forest areas and lease of forest land.

El presente Decreto declara afectos al desarrollo de la agricultura urbana los espacios públicos ubicados en los centros urbanos, que se encuentren libres, ociosos o abandonados, para que sean aprovechados para el cultivo y producción de alimentos.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°2006-031 du 24 novembre 2006 sur la propriété foncière privée non titrée. Il s’applique à l’ensemble des terrains non titrés ni cadastrés occupés, que ces derniers soient urbains ou ruraux, sous réserve des dispositions des autres textes soumettant certains terrains à des régimes particuliers.

This Act amends the Shooting and Fishing Leases Act by replacing section 18. That section grants power to the Minister to make regulations for the purposes of this Act, and, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of that power, may make regulations – (a) for the levying of charges and the taking of fees; (b) amending the Schedule. Regulations made under this section may provide that any person who contravenes them shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 20,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.

This Regional Law sets forth the following priorities of land policy: (a) state regulation with a view of conservation of particularly valuable land categories, agricultural land and protected areas; (b) exercise of rights of residents in the sphere of land relations; (c) conservation of agricultural land; (d) ecofriendly methods of land tenure; and (d) conservation of traditional Cossack land tenure.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment free of charge of public or municipal land plots to citizens with three and more children underage for smallholding, individual construction, horticulture and gardening, and establishes maximum and minimum land areas of the aforesaid land plots. The right of allotment shall be granted in accordance with the following criteria: (a) nationals of the Russian Federation; (b) residence on the regional territory for the last three years; and (c) in need of improved housing conditions.

El presente Decreto crea el Consejo Nacional de Planificación Urbana (CNPU), integrado por el Ministerio de Vivienda y Asentamientos Humanos (MIVAH), quien lo preside, el Ministerio de Planificación Nacional y Política Económica, el Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía (MINAE), el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT), el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo (INVU), el Instituto de Fomento y Asesoría Municipal, la Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz, y adicionalmente la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de Riesgo y Atención de Emergencias y el Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos
