Le présent décret régit les occupations du domaine public naturel ou artificiel. Le domaine public naturel comprend notamment les rivages de la mer constitués par les terrains alternativement couverts et découverts par les eaux lors des plus hautes marées; es eaux maritimes intérieures, telles que les havres, rades, golfes, baies et détroits ainsi que les lagunes et les étangs salés communiquant avec la mer; les fleuves et les rivières ainsi que les lacs et étangs d'eau douce dans les limites du plus haut niveau de leurs eaux avant le débordement.

La presente Ley Orgánica de Ordenamiento Territorial, Uso y Gestión de Suelo, tiene por objeto fijar los principios y reglas generales que rigen el ejercicio de las competencias de ordenamiento territorial, uso y gestión del suelo urbano y rural, y su relación con otras que incidan significativamente sobre el territorio o lo ocupen, para que se articulen eficazmente, promuevan el desarrollo equitativo y equilibrado del territorio y propicien el ejercicio del derecho a la ciudad, al hábitat seguro y saludable, y a la vivienda adecuada y digna, en cumplimiento de la función social y ambiental

This Decree puts into effect the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. In the meantime the legislation of the RSFSR is applicable within the limits that it doesn't contradict the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. The "Land Code" is applicable to offences committed after its validation except for the offences liable to the articles 47-51 that are applicable after the validation of the Law of the RSFSR regarding land charges.

This Statement outlines agreed objectives and policies for the future of Australia's public and private forests. The Governments share a vision of ecologically sustainable management of Australia's forests. This vision has a number of important characteristics: 1) The unique character of the Australian forested landscape and the integrity and biological diversity of its associated environment is retained. 2) The total area of forest is increased. 3) There is a 'holistic' approach to managing forests for all their values and uses so as to optimise benefits to the community.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the vesting in the Crown, development or alienation of reclaimed lands on the foreshore of Sierra Leone. Reclaimed lands are lands that were formerly part of the sea.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’enregistrement et le régime des garanties et des sûretés applicables aux concessions et aux baux domaniaux au Cameroun.

This Act amends the Crown Lands Act by repealing sections 12, 13, 20, and 28. Those sections concern implied covenants for a grant of Crown land and/or for every building lease, revision of rent, and return of land to the Crown if the grantee does not seem to make use of the land.

El presente Acuerdo de la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), establece los lineamientos para la regulación y formalización de las servidumbres derivadas de actividades de utilidad pública sobre los predios baldíos de la Nación, y contempla las directrices para la regulación y formalización de servidumbres derivadas de actividades de utilidad pública e interés social cuando recaigan sobre predios baldíos de la Nación.

This Act amends the Crown Lands Act by repealing section 3, 9, 17 and 19 and by amending section 4, which now reads: "The Minister may make grants of Crown Lands in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be required and as he may deem proper". The effect of the amendments is that now the Minister decides on granting of Crown land. Other repealed sections concern survey of land and resumption of lands by the State for the purposes of construction of public works.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in the Tibet Autonomous Region.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to sale, lease or otherwise disposal of lands which belong to the Crown. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Governor on behalf of the Crown may make grants of Crown lands in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be required and as he or she may deem proper. Every grant shall be executed by the Minister or a public officer authorized by him in that he be expressed to be made in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance.

La presente Ley Orgánica reformatoria al Código Orgánico de organización territorial, autonomía y descentralización (COOTAD), respecto al ejercicio de las competencias para planificar, construir y mantener la infraestructura física y los equipamientos de los espacios públicos destinados al desarrollo social, cultural, educativo, de salud y deportivo.Asimismo, respecto a la conclusión del proceso de conformación de regiones, cuyo plazo máximo será de veinte años.
