These Rules are enacted in order to strengthen the administration to the biddings and auctions of land use rights in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
This Regional Law lists municipal districts where plots of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens for individual residential housing construction or for family farming. It establishes categories of specialists working in rural areas that shall be eligible to such land transfer for the maximum period of six years.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Leaseholder of a plot of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall have the right of purchase of such plot of land in ownership in case the right of lease originates from conversion of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or life-long hereditary possession of such plot of land to lease, at the cost equal to 15 percent of its cadastre value”.

Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, respecto a la creación del Registro Especial Asociado de Concesiones o Contratos de Arrendamiento de Playones Nacionales para el Cultivo de Camarón, el cual está a cargo del Instituto de la Propiedad (IP), en el que debe inscribirse otorgamiento, modificación, cancelación, transmisión y gravamen de casa concesión; así mismo, debe inscribirse las mejoras actuales o futuras que los concesionarios efectúen en los predios otorgados en arrendamientos por el Estado (Artículo 6º).

This Act provides for town and country planning and other planning in relation with development in Barbados.The Act defines duties of the Minister and constitutes a Town and Country Planning Advisory Committee. Development plans shall be prepared by the Chief Town Planner.
The purposes of this Act are to improve the safety, functions, environment, and aesthetic view of buildings, and to promote public welfare by establishing the standards for and purposes of use of sites, structures, and facilities of buildings. The term "site" means a parcel of land partitioned under the Act on the Establishment, Management of Spatial Data: Provided, that at least two parcels of land or part of at least one parcel of land may be deemed one site if they are parcels of land prescribed by Presidential Decree.
