En el marco de la política pública de fomento del desarrollo sustentable y de la conservación de los terrenos de alto valor ecológico, la presente Ley crea el Fondo para la Adquisición y Conservación de Terrenos de Puerto Rico. El Fondo será administrado del Departamento de Recursos Naturales y sus recursos se destinarán a la compra de terrenos de elevado valor ecológico, que permitan la protección de los recursos de agua, aire y tierra.

This Directive sets out measures to reduce the risk of adverse effects associated with floods, with a view to protecting human health, the environment, cultural heritage and economic activities in general. It establishes a framework concerning the management and assessment of such flood risks. According to these provisions, all Member States must (i) undertake a preliminary flood risk assessment for each river basin district and for coastal areas; (ii) prepare flood hazard maps and flood risk maps; and (iii) elaborate flood risk management plans.

The purpose of the state land use planning, state land cadastre and land monitoring shall be rational management of land and environmental protection. Basic principles of the state land use planning shall be: (a) respect for the rights of landowners; (b) use of land resources prevalently for agriculture; and (c) creation of favourable conditions for rational land management and improvement of soil fertility. The Act consists of four Sections divided into 22 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) the state land cadastre; (3) land monitoring; and (4) state land survey service.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law rules that for management of waters belonging to class II in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, water management associations (water and soil associations) shall be established according to the Federal Water and Soil Association Act. The text – consisting of 7 articles - deals with the following issues: law to be applied, statutes, composition, functions, and financing of the associations. One Annex is enclosed.

This Act aims at promoting land measures for creating normal supply and demand relationships and reasonable land prices, and at securing proper land use.The State and local public entities shall formulate Land Use Plans in order to ensure an intensive use of land, to control land transactions, to preserve a favourable environment in consideration of the characteristics of the area, etc. The National Land Council shall study matters concerning comprehensive and basic measures on land and basic matters on the use of national land.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conservation of soil and rehabilitation of contaminated sites. In particular, the Ordinance is applicable to the analysis of suspect land, harmful change of soil, requirements concerning decontamination and safety measures as well as other protection and restriction measures, requirements concerning preventive measures on soil protection, and the fixing of threshold values.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the reorganization of field and forestry land. The Law contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as for example, “field”, “forest”, “land owner”, “beneficiary”, “private path”, “right of entry”.

The purpose of the present Law is – implementing and completing the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502) - to ensure and reinstate effectively the conditions and functions of the soil.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

Le présent accord s'applique à l'assainissement des sites pollués et vise son financement sans, de quelque manière que ce soit, porter atteinte aux droits et obligations des personnes et autorités publiques concernées, tels que définis dans les législations régionales. L’article 2 établit qu’à la demande de permis d'environnement pour l'exploitation d'une station-service doit être jointe une attestation du Fonds, sauf lorsque cette demande porte sur une extension, un ajout ou une modification d'un permis existant pour l'exploitation d'une station-service.
