This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions, standards and criteria (for obtaining the official approval) that legal persons (registered for state survey and real estate cadastre measurements and licensed geodetic engineer who performs these activities) for the correct performance of the mandatory common geodetic and state survey and real estate cadastre measurements.

La presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1.448 en lo concerniente a la medida de indemnización a las víctimas de desplazamiento forzado y a la regulación algunos aspectos de retorno y reubicación, estableciendo la ruta y orden de acceso a las medidas de reparación individual para las víctimas de desplazamiento forzado, particularmente a la medida de indemnización por vía administrativa.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente la Ley que tiene por objeto promover el acceso a la propiedad mediante un proceso especial para otorgar título de propiedad al poseedor material de bienes inmuebles urbanos y rurales de pequeña entidad económica, respecto a la continuidad del procedimiento, disponiendo que el juez de conocimiento podrá subsanar de oficio la demanda cuando no se haya aportado el plano certificado por la autoridad catastral, siempre y cuando el demandante pruebe que solicitó dicho plano certificado y advierta que la entidad competente no dio respuesta a su petición

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 so as to substitute references to the Deeds Registries Amendment Act, 1996 and the Deeds Registries Amendment Act, 1996 in the short title.

The Minister may from time to time, subject to the laws governing the public service, by notice in the Gazette establish deeds registries and sub-deeds registries within the area of deeds registries and, subject to the provisions of this Act or any other law, determine the registration acts or other acts which are required or permitted to be performed in any such registry, or amend any such determination.

La presente Resolución adopta de manera transitoria los criterios técnicos para la medición del goce del derecho a la subsistencia mínima de víctimas de desplazamiento forzado a efectos de aplicar los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 7º del Decreto que tiene por objeto reglamentar los criterios de priorización de la indemnización a víctimas de desplazamiento forzado.

Implementa: Decreto Nº 1.377 - Reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.448, en lo concerniente a la medida de indemnización a las víctimas de desplazamiento forzado y su reubicación. (2014-07-22)

La presente Ley aprueba el Convenio número 169 sobre pueblos indígenas y tribales en países independientes, adoptado por la 76a. reunión de la Conferencia General de la OIT, Ginebra 1989. Los gobiernos deberán asumir la responsabilidad de desarrollar, con la participación de los pueblos interesados, una acción coordinada y sistemática con miras a proteger los derechos de esos pueblos y a garantizar el respeto de su integridad.

En virtud del presente Decreto se aprueba el reglamento que rige el procedimiento de consulta de las comunidades indígenas, de conformidad con el artículo 6º nº 1 y nº 2 del Convenio Nº 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. El reglamento se aplica a todos los ministerios, intendencias, gobiernos regionales y servicios públicos. El artículo 7º indica qué medidas son susceptibles de afectar directamente a los pueblos indígenas y que, po rende, requieren de su previa consulta según el procedimiento aquí establecido.

These Regulations, made by the Deeds Registries Regulation Board under section 10 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, implement provisions of the Act relating to, among other things: the Deputy Deeds Registrar; registration of farm units; preparation of deeds and documents and qualification of persons; lodgement and execution of deeds; and other matters of procedure regarding registration of deeds.

This Order, consisting of 14 articles and 5 Annexes, regulates land cadastre management of rural farms, farmers and farms. It establishes that management of rural land cadastre in locations subject to the action of IDARON Agency, including as a result of cooperative arrangements or agreements, shall be governed by the provisions of this Regulation. The registration of rural farm and farmer will be issued upon request of the Company, directly or through its authorized representative, and will be accompanied by specific documents.

These Regulations amend the Deeds Registries Regulations with respect to a wide variety of matters, including: the requirement of an extending clause for a deed of title to land for which no form is prescribed, or for which a form is prescribed wherein provision is made for the inclusion of an extending clause in conformity with these Regulations; particulars that shall be furnished in a deed where land is described; other formal requirements for a deed; and fees and tariffs.
