Act on the Right to Transfer State Real Estate Assets (No. 973 of 2002).

This Act provides for the transfer of State real estate assets (including land and water areas), the leasing out of State land assets and the grant of special rights. It applies to State agencies and institutions and the enterprises referred to in the State Enterprise Act (627/1987) and to some other public institutions. The Act, among other things, sets out the terms on which state real assets may be transferred or leased out.

These Rules implements the State Lands Act.The Rules empower the Minister to appoint statutory bodies to act as agent of the Government in the disposal of specified State land and grant any State title in connection with such disposal.The Rules provide for: the execution of grants and leases of State land; temporary occupation licences and tenancy agreements; licence and tenancy fees; etc.

The present Regulations enforce the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the leasing of oil and gas rights located on certain public lands. Section 3 establishes that subject to these Regulations, the Minister may, by way of lease, grant to any person the exclusive right to search for and take oil and gas within and under lands in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. The text consists of 3 sections.

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). The Regulations apply only to territorial lands under the control, management and administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that every application to lease or purchase territorial lands shall be made to the land agent for the area in which the land is situated and shall be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule.

The present Regulations enforce the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). Green Deal (Disclosure) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 1660 of 2012).

These Regulations, which apply to Great Britain, make provision relating to the requirement to disclose information about a green deal plan where a green deal property is being sold or let out. Section 12(2) of the Energy Act 2011 requires a seller, prospective landlord or licensor to disclose information about a green deal plan by providing the document produced or updated under section 8(4) to a prospective buyer, tenant or licensee of a green deal property at a specified time.

Regional Law No. 91-OZ “On turnover of agricultural land”.

This Regional Law establishes the particulars of turnover of agricultural land the beginning of privatization of public and municipal land from 1 March 2005. Minimum dimension of consolidated newly formed land parcel shall be 200 ha. Minimum dimension of land parcels for private farming (horticulture) shall be 2 ha, and minimum dimension of land parcels for other purposes shall be 50 ha (art. 6). Unused or used non-purposefully land parcels shall be subject to compulsory expropriation (art. 8).
