El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento Autónomo para el Otorgamiento de Arrendamientos en Asentamientos Campesinos, con la finalidad de asentar familias rurales y vincularlas a un régimen sano de posesión de la tierra, en procura de mejoramiento de su condición social y económica.

This Act provides for the transfer of State real estate assets (including land and water areas), the leasing out of State land assets and the grant of special rights. It applies to State agencies and institutions and the enterprises referred to in the State Enterprise Act (627/1987) and to some other public institutions. The Act, among other things, sets out the terms on which state real assets may be transferred or leased out.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lists the competent local authorities responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation. The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994 and the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of provisions relating to rural soil and agricultural lease. The text consists of 6 articles.

The present Regulations implement the Cantonal Agricultural Law of 25 January 2008. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the exploitation of agricultural soil and agricultural lease. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Agricultural trade (1); Usual management of local areas (2); Self-management (3); Residential buildings outside the construction zone (4); Alpine rights (5); Transitional provisions (6): Entry into force (7).

These Rules implements the State Lands Act.The Rules empower the Minister to appoint statutory bodies to act as agent of the Government in the disposal of specified State land and grant any State title in connection with such disposal.The Rules provide for: the execution of grants and leases of State land; temporary occupation licences and tenancy agreements; licence and tenancy fees; etc.

The present Regulations enforce the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the leasing of oil and gas rights located on certain public lands. Section 3 establishes that subject to these Regulations, the Minister may, by way of lease, grant to any person the exclusive right to search for and take oil and gas within and under lands in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. The text consists of 3 sections.

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). The Regulations apply only to territorial lands under the control, management and administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that every application to lease or purchase territorial lands shall be made to the land agent for the area in which the land is situated and shall be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule.

The present Regulations enforce the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the leasing of mineral rights on certain public lands. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may, by way of lease, grant to any person the exclusive right to search for, win and take one or more minerals, the property of the Crown in right of Canada, within, upon or under lands in any province. The text consists of 5 sections and 3 Schedules.

These Regulations, which apply to Great Britain, make provision relating to the requirement to disclose information about a green deal plan where a green deal property is being sold or let out. Section 12(2) of the Energy Act 2011 requires a seller, prospective landlord or licensor to disclose information about a green deal plan by providing the document produced or updated under section 8(4) to a prospective buyer, tenant or licensee of a green deal property at a specified time.

This Regional Law establishes the particulars of turnover of agricultural land the beginning of privatization of public and municipal land from 1 March 2005. Minimum dimension of consolidated newly formed land parcel shall be 200 ha. Minimum dimension of land parcels for private farming (horticulture) shall be 2 ha, and minimum dimension of land parcels for other purposes shall be 50 ha (art. 6). Unused or used non-purposefully land parcels shall be subject to compulsory expropriation (art. 8).

The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Agriculture Law of the Canton Aargau of 13 December 2011. In particular, the Ordinance outlines measures to be taken by the competent cantonal authorities.
