This Law regulates legal issues related to status, land area, boundaries and particulars of management and functioning of protected areas. It is related to protected areas that include unique natural ecosystems containing land area, forested areas, water areas and objects of historical and cultural heritage. It contains mapping of the boundaries of various protected areas and zoning of their territory.

The Order sets rules on construction works or other installations and interventions on the environment which are listed under Appendices 1-2, and also applies to the extraction of mineral resources. The purpose of the Order is to implement environmental impact assessment (EIA) through the Danish Nature Agency and Environmental Protection Agency. The EIA shall identify, describe and evaluate a plant's direct and indirect effects on human beings, fauna and flora, soil, water, air, climate, landscape, material assets and cultural heritage, and the interaction between these factors.

This Regulation officially establishes the Spatial Plan for the correct, safe and sustainable management of the Croatian national “Medvednica” Nature Park.The plan contained in the study "The Spatial Plan for Medvednica Nature Park" is an integral part of this Regulation.

Law “On technical supervision over hazardous equipment”.

This Law establishes that equipment representing risks for human life and health, and also to environment, shall be considered hazardous and it shall be subject to mandatory state supervision and control in the form of inspections. The scope of the Law shall be to ensure safety and security of the aforesaid equipment for human beings and environment. The list of hazardous equipment shall be validated and published by the Cabinet of Ministers. It shall not be applicable to naval, air and railway means of transport and military activities.

Renting Land for Cultivation Law, 1963.

This Law regulates the tenant and cultivating on the government land. It states that the government can announce the renting of any field or land from a specific date. The tenant farmer lay down by government or landlord must pay the tax to the landlord with the following rates. Renting fee is the same wage as the land for cultivating rice in the year. Renting fee is thrice the wage of cultivating Chili, Onion and Virginia in the year or special crop rate of Sugar cane. Renting fee is twice the wage of cultivating Chili, Onion and Virginia in the year.
