These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations (articles 13 and 15) in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. The non-planning aspects of the Directive are implemented through The Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 so as to insert a new Part (25B) into Schedule 1.

This Regulation sets out the rules and procedures of the management and administration of natural protected areas and natural heritage sites falling under the authority of the state. The Regulation also covers rules and procedures of appropriation of such areas as well as managing the rules of selling, exchange and renting.

This Regulation officially establishes the Spatial Plan for the correct, safe and sustainable management of the Croatian national “Medvednica” Nature Park.The plan contained in the study "The Spatial Plan for Medvednica Nature Park" is an integral part of this Regulation.

The Order sets rules on construction works or other installations and interventions on the environment which are listed under Appendices 1-2, and also applies to the extraction of mineral resources. The purpose of the Order is to implement environmental impact assessment (EIA) through the Danish Nature Agency and Environmental Protection Agency.

These Regulations, made under the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008, concern control of public launch sites as defined by these Regulations. Such sites shall be listed by authority and shall be managed by a management body appointed for such purposes.
