La presente Ley tiene por objeto fortalecer la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP), a fin de modernizar y mejorar la cobertura y calidad de sus servicios, implementando medidas efectivas de inclusión social, competitividad y eficiencia tecnológica en su prestación, de acuerdo a las nuevas demandas ciudadanas.

A frame law setting forth the basis for the improvement of the enterprising environment in Greece.

In accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010 and Community Directive 2006/123/EC on the provision of services in the internal market, as well as with articles 197, 198 and 199 of Law No. 4072/2012, this Decree establish the right to Community providers of immovable property services (real estate) to extend their operations beyond their national borders and to operate in the Greek national territory with out being established in Greece.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of transfer of land from one category to another. Transfer of land, except for agricultural land, pertaining to private or municipal ownership, shall be performed by local government. Transfer of agricultural land pertaining to private or municipal ownership shall be performed by the Regional Government. Transfer of urban land to any other land category shall be performed by the Regional Government.

This Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes norms for public lands and infrastructures selling and concession within the State of Rondônia. It specifies legal and administrative proceedings, authorization criteria and other necessary matters related to selling, cession, concession and use of any land property (including infrastructures) within the State.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act, concerns a memorandum of survey or survey report, which shall be drawn up, in such form and manner as the Chief Surveyor may approve and in accordance with these Regulations. The two originals of every memorandum of survey or survey report shall be registered by the land surveyor within 14 days of the completion of the survey. The Permanent Secretary shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey received by him or her.

These Regulations, made under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011, apply the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys) Regulations 2013, except Regulation 5(6)(c) to (g) and (7), to the Island of Rodrigues. Those provisions concern method of survey and marking of boundaries.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. They, among other things: empower the Chief Surveyor to, in accordance with the Act, issue Guidelines, Directions and Notices to land surveyors, to regulate the practice of land surveyors and to set standards for land survey work; provide rules for the carrying out of survey works; regulate survey procedures; and provide for the making of boundaries and the drafting of survey plans.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey in Hamburg. Article 1 of the afore-mentioned Law establishes that the tasks of surveying bodies are the establishment, management and delivery of geo-data including the necessary surveying work. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Geo-basis data, cadastre (2); Other provisions (3).

This Order designates offices as proper offices for the receipt of for the receipt of specified descriptions of applications under the Land Registration Act 2002 by registrar. This Order applies to any application to the registrar except an application delivered to the registrar: (a) in accordance with a written arrangement as to delivery made between the registrar and the applicant or between the registrar and the applicant’s conveyancer; or (b) under the provision of any relevant notice given under Schedule 2 to the Land Registration Rules 2003.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that for official acts carried out by Geological Service of the Environment, Nature Protection and Geology Office in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern fees shall be charged. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
