Le présent décret fixe les règles relatives à la délimitation, l’utilisation, la conservation et la police du domaine public. L'administration, la conservation et l’entretien du domaine public de l’Etat, tel qu’il est défini par l’ordonnance n° 60-099 du 21 septembre 1960, modifiée par l’ordonnance n° 62-035 du 19 septembre 1962, relèvent d’une manière générale du Ministère des travaux publics.

Le présent décret fixe la composition et le fonctionnement des commissions prévues par les articles 20 et 27 de la loi n°60-004 du 15 février 1960 relative au domaine privé national modifiée par l’ordonnance n° 62-047 du 20 septembre 1962.

Le régime juridique de la propriété foncière privée non titrée est celui qui s’applique aux terrains qui ne sont ni immatriculés, ni cadastrés, et dont l’occupation est constatée par une procédure définie par la présente loi.

La présente ordonnance règle les conditions d’expropriation pour cause d’utilité publique ou d’acquisition amiable de propriétés immobilières par l’Etat ou les collectivités publiques secondaires et les conditions de récupération des plus-values acquises par les immeubles ruraux ou urbains à la suite de tous travaux d’aménagement ou d’équipement exécutés par la puissance publique ou avec son concours.

Il est créé dans chaque bureau de circonscription domaniale et foncière un guichet unique chargé de diligenter l’instruction des demandes de bail emphytéotique sur les terrains domaniaux.

This Law regulates the activity of public municipal services, including water abstraction and supply of potable water, sewage and thermal energy supply. Plots of land required for rendering of public municipal services shall be expropriated and transferred under public ownership. Public municipal services shall be based upon the following principles: (a) sustainability; (b) accountability and legality; (c) local autonomy; (d) decentralization; and (e) environmental protection and rational management of natural resources.

The first Section of this Act, which is composed of 20 articles, lays down conditions aplicable to the transfer of agricultural and forest public lands. The second Section of the Act lays down some amendments to the Act on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic.

This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State. If the owner of a real estate is unknown, the Land Fund may allow any suitable interested person to use such real property.

This Notice provides for the assignment of powers and duties vested in the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry under the National Forests Act, 1998 to SANParks.

This Act amends the State Lands Act, originally titled “Crown Lands Act”, in section 6 by adding a subsection that gives powers to the Minister to exchange portions of State land for portions of private freehold land. In such case, the State land subject of the exchange, shall be recorded in the name of the owner of the private freehold land.

This Act amends the Tokelau Act 1948 by vesting in the native inhabitants of the atoll of Fakaofo specified land as a village area, to be held by them and their descendants according to their native customs and usages.
