This Act provides rules for the registration of rights in land in the Seychelles. There shall be a Land Registry and an (appointed) Land Registrar. The Act also concerns the effect of registration, conversion of qualified title into absolute title, co-ownership and partition of land, registration of rights held by foreigners and the form of transfer of various rights in lands. The provisions of this Act shall apply to usufructuary interests in the same manner as they apply to leases.
This Act provides rules for the carrying out of geological surveys or soil surveys within a part or the whole of Seychelles. The Minister may order such surveys to be carried out and the President may appoint geological surveyor for such surveys. The Act defines powers and duties of a surveyor and provides for compensation of damage caused by a surveyor.
This Act establishes the Land Surveyors Board, provides for the licensing of land surveyors and disciplinary proceedings against land surveyors, defines the duties of land surveyors and provides rules for the carrying out of original surveys, re-surveys and division surveys of land and related matters.The Land Surveyors Board shall, among other things, keep a register of licensed surveyors and act as arbitrator in any dispute between a licensed surveyor and a client. Surveyors shall be licensed by a Licensing Authority as defined by this Act.
This Act provides rules for the registration of mortgages and provides for the continuation of the Mortgage and Registration Office. The Act defines the legal effects of the transcription of a mortgage. The Act also provides for the registration of other rights on land including: (a) every deed of transfer inter vivos of any immovable property: (b) every deed constituting any pledge of immovable property or any servitude over or right of use in any immovable property; (e) every judgment of adjudication; (f) every lease of rural property.
This Act provides rules for acquisition land in the public interest, including compulsory acquisition, and related matters such as claims to compensation, examination land and taking possession of land, mortgages over land compulsory acquired, registration of interest in land and (effects of) withdrawal from acquisition.

This Act concerns land survey and the land cadastre. It constitutes the Land Administration, Valuation and Information Management System Committee and provides for control of land surveys and the setting of standards and rules for the conduct of cadastral surveys by the Chief Surveyor. The Act prescribes how land surveys shall be carried out and the memorandum of survey or survey report, which has been approved by the Chief Surveyor, be registered in the digital cadastral database, which is created by this Act.
This Decree amending Decree No. 7.499 on the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on land regularization in urban settlements. Amended articles deal with the economic incentives and financial aspects and administrative procedures related to the regularization of urban settlements.

These Regulations amend the Transcription and Mortgage Act in the third Schedule which specifies tariffs of fees, dues and charges for purposes of sections 62, 63 and 64 of the Act.

This Act makes provision with respect to the transcription of deeds regarding land transactions and rights and mortgages. The Act sets out the documents to be transcribe documents to be transcribed and how they are to be transcribed. Documents shall be transcribed by filing them with the Mortgage Office or the Conservator of Mortgages. The Act also provides rules for effects of mortgages and effects on mortgages of certain deeds such as sale if mortgages are not inscribed.
These Regulations amend the Transcription and Mortgage Act in the Fourth Schedule which specifies fees for purposes of section 62 of the Act.

These Regulations amend the Registration Duty Act in Part VII of the First Schedule (which specifies rates of registration duty) and in the Second Schedule in item 4A. The Second Schedule concerns calculation of the value of property for duty purposes.
