This article deals with the theoretical issues of land resources evaluation, land fund structure, problems and directions of rational use of land resources in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements aimed to correctly define the basic geodetic works on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, and all other works and/or activities related to the construction, management and maintenance of the state geodetic reference system (on a global and local level).State geodetic reference system represents a coordinated system with concrete geometrical and physical relationship to the land parcels and geodetic parameters.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation defines the issues, contents and concrete scopes, rules and requirements, technical and other norms necessary for the correct functioning of the digital geodetic plan (complete digital state survey of land parcels), as well as maintenance and public informing principles.

This Regulation stipulates the conditions and manner for the correct expert examination (employees who work on surveying and maintenance of real estate cadastre, and land evaluation), including the rules and requirements for the development and maintenance of real estate cadastre, also defining the cadastral communal installations, cadastral and land surveying profession.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary methods, in terms of technical rules and requirements, cadastre and survey issues, all regarding the underground and surface pipelines, used for the following: water supply/flow; sewerage and waste waters; thermal waters flow; electro-energy transmission; telecommunications; oil supply/transit/flow; gas supply/transit/flow; and common water sector facilities (on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation provides various rules and provisions all aimed to define the concrete establishment and maintenance of the real estate cadastre (on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).The provided provisions are also established in order to define the procedure of public display of data on immovable property, including the related property rights.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Esta Ley tiene por objeto normar las funciones relativas al Catastro de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado de Oaxaca, estableciendo las bases para su organización administrativa. Asimismo se definen las atribuciones de los órganos de autoridad en materia catastral y las obligaciones correlativas de otros servidores públicos del Poder Ejecutivo o de los Municipios del Estado.

La présente Ordonnance est composée de 122 articles repartis en six (6) titres, notamment Des dispositions générales (Titre I); De la conservation de la propriété foncière et des hypothèques (Titre II); De l’immatriculation (Titre III); De la publicité, des transmissions, des constitutions et de la conservation des droits réels et immobiliers (Titre IV); des dispositions diverses et transitoires (Titre V);des dispositions finales (Titre VI).Cette Ordonnance qui s’applique aux immeubles bâtis et non bâtis soumis au régime de l’immatriculation foncière, fixe le régime de la propriété foncière

La présente loi régit la cession de la propriété bâtie et non bâtie. L’inobservation des dispositions des 8rticles 3, 4 et 5 ci-dessus expose le contrevenant, selon les cas aux sanctions suivantes: annulation du contrat de vente et amende allant de 3 à 30 millions de FCFA.

This Regional Law establishes that the prices of plots of urban land destined for agricultural production in ownership by agricultural organizations or peasant farms allotted thereto on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or as life-long hereditary possession shall be established with 15 percent reduction in relation to its cadastre value.

Article 8.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall exercise the following plenary powers: (a) governance of regional public land; (b) allotment of land plots pertaining to regional property free of charge in ownership or in open-ended hereditary possession or tenancy; (c) land valuation for the purpose of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts; (d) establishment of land lease fees; (e) establishment of servitude fees and establishment of public servitude; and (f) validation of average cadastre value of land”.

This Regional Law regulates land relations within the limits of plenary powers transferred to regions by the Russian Federation.
