Esta Ley de catastro tiene como objetivo controlar y valorizar los inmuebles localizados en el Estado de Nuevo León, así como la integración de los organismos catastrales y el señalamiento de sus diversas atribuciones. Los avalúos practicados con sujeción en esta Ley sirven de base para todos los fines fiscales en relación con la propiedad raíz en el Estado.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones (ROF) del Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), adscrito al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), que tiene como finalidad contribuir a la gestión del ambiente geofísico con énfasis en la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales y de origen antrópico.

Land cadastre differs from other types of cadastres, because the object of land cadastre is the land as a source of wealth and means of production. Specific character of methodology of cadastre is determined by features of the land. Varied feature of the land is nature of its use in agricultural production. Peculiarities of the land essentially determine specific character of maintenance, as well as ways and methods of conducting of land cadastre. In the article is analysed distribution of the land stock of Kazakhstan.

Assessing the stream water quality dynamics in connection with land use in agricultural catchments of different scales

We introduce a simple method for estimating the changes of nitrate concentrations in surface waters regarding the land use modification. Stream and drainage water nitrate concentrations in prevailingly agricultural catchments of three different scales located in the Crystalline complex of the Czech massif, Czech Republic, were included in this study. Water quality samples were collected through the years 1992-2006 at monthly and bi-monthly intervals.

Calculus of variations and its application to division of forest land

The paper deals with an application of the least squares method (LSM) for the purposes of division and evaluation of land. This method can be used in all cases with redundant number of measurements. The traditional procedure of calculus of variations with the use of Lagrangian function is shown. If some additional conditions are included in the calculation, it is possible to evaluate the degree of deformation of the selected solution in relation to the measured quantities.

Ukraine - Rural Land Titling and Cadastre System Development Project : restructuring

This project paper concern to introduces the following changes in the Ukraine, Rural Land Titling and Cadastre System Development Project, which into account difficulties experienced with completing the legal framework for parts of the project due to institutional rivalries that have not been resolved. The project included a part that was supposed to establish a unified registration system covering both urban and rural areas and it included funding for the transformation of the State Land Cadastre Center (SLCC) to implement this activity.
