Land stock of Kazakhstan as an object of National land cadastre

Land cadastre differs from other types of cadastres, because the object of land cadastre is the land as a source of wealth and means of production. Specific character of methodology of cadastre is determined by features of the land. Varied feature of the land is nature of its use in agricultural production. Peculiarities of the land essentially determine specific character of maintenance, as well as ways and methods of conducting of land cadastre. In the article is analysed distribution of the land stock of Kazakhstan. Also is analysed information on land use, taking into account physical- climatic conditions.
