This Regional Law lists categories of citizens eligible for allotment of plots of public or municipal land free of charge to citizens for individual residential housing construction. It establishes terms and conditions for allotment of plots of land.

Regional Law No. 756-oz “On the modalities of calculation of lease payment, modalities and terms of payment of thereof for lease of land plots of public land”.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of lease, modalities and terms of payment of thereof for lease of land plots of public land set forth for different categories of public land. Lease payment shall be calculated in accordance with regional cadastre indices set forth for different categories of public land. Lease fees shall be calculated on annual basis. This Regional Law contains formulae for calculation of lease payments.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento para el desarrollo de las disposiciones de la Ley para la fijación de límites territoriales internos, que comprende la georeferenciación de los elementos de linderación en cartografía oficial de las circunscripciones territoriales. El Comité Nacional de Límites Internos es el organismo responsable de la coordinación de la política de modificación de la organización territorial del Estado.

The present Regulations continue under the Planning and Development Act, 2007. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of buffer zones in the subdivision of land. The text – consisting of 10 sections – deals with the following matters: designation of dedicated lands on plan of subdivision, buffer strips, leases, additional uses of public reserves and municipal reserves, lease by a council that is an approving authority, moneys received concerning dedicated lands, exemption, easements density and Northern Saskatchewan.

Regional Law No. 119-ZRH “On minimum and maximum agricultural land plots pertaining to public or municipal ownership that can be allotted to peasant farms”.

This Regional Law establishes that minimum agricultural land plot pertaining to public or municipal ownership that can be allotted to peasant farms shall be 2 ha, while maximum agricultural land plot pertaining to public or municipal ownership that can be allotted to peasant farms shall be 300 ha”.

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of land relations. Authorized regional state body in the sphere of land relations shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) management of public land; (b) participation in implementation of state land policy; (c) decision-making related to purchase of land for public purposes; (d) imposition of use restrictions on land; (e) establishment of the amount of land charges and land lease fees; (f) establishment of the modalities of land survey; and (g) decision-making related to expropriation of land.

This Act amends the Communal Land Reform Act so as to: insert a definition of 'community based organisation', 'lawful resident' and 'occupational land righ'; to place restrictions on the acquisition by foreigners of customary land right or right to leasehold; the power to grant occupational land in respect of communal land rights by a board; conditions applying to such grant; and recognition of existing rights to occupy communal land as occupational land rights.
