This Regional Law regulates legal relations concerning allotment of land plots, pertaining to public or municipal property, including also land plots with undelimited ownership, in ownership free of charge to some categories of citizens.

Le présent décret fixe les prix minima applicables aux transactions sur les terrains relevant du domaine privé de l'Etat.

This Regional Law sets forth terms and conditions of location of objects on plots of land pertaining to public or municipal ownership without neither allotment of plots of land nor application of servitude. The aforesaid location shall be subject to prior issuance of authorization by regional executive body or by local government with the maximum period of validity three years.

These Byelaws apply to all land within the boundaries of the locality of Gharb that fall under the authority and administration of the Gharb Local Council according to the provisions of the Local Councils Act. It is prohibited, among other things, to damage trees, plants and flowers or to cut trees on public lands.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels, pertaining to public or municipal property, in ownership free of charge, and also maximum land parcel areas authorized for transfer in ownership to citizens. Public and municipal land parcels can be transferred in ownership to citizens once-only for the following purposes: (a) gardening and horticulture; (b) farming; and (c) individual housing construction.

This Decree provides for property auction principles, property auction order and procedures, auctioneers, property auction organizations and for state management of property auction activities. Property shall include state property under the form of land use rights, real estate, movables and valuable papers.

This Act makes provision for the registration of National Land, i.e. any land declared under this Act to be National Land. The Act also makes provisions for certain matters in relation with the acquisition of land by the State for public purposes.The Minister may declare, by Notice, a land to be National Land if the land, in the opinion of the Minister was acquired by a previous administration or required for a public purpose as defined by this Act or “a reason that is reasonably justified in a democratic society that has a proper regard for the rights and dignity of mankind”.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in the Tibet Autonomous Region.

The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production. Planning and financial evaluation of production costs shall be prepared and funds destined to support all agricultural, forestry and aquaculture activities and operations.

Les ventes et locations des lots attribués, leur rétrocession à l'Etat ou reprise par celui-ci, ainsi que les cessions à l'Etat des terrains agricoles et des droits indivis appartenant ou revenant aux attributaires sur des terrains agricoles, sont constatées par actes passés entre les attributaires et le ministre des finances et de la privatisation.
