El presente Decreto expide el Texto Unificado de la Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente. El Texto Unificado está compuesto de nueve libros, con diversos títulos y, algunos, con sus respectivos anexos.

El presente Decreto expide el Texto Unificado de la Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente, en lo referente al Libro VI: Calidad ambiental, Anexo II: Norma de Calidad Ambiental del recurso suelo y criterios de remediación para suelos contaminados, que tiene como objetivo es preservar o conservar la calidad del recurso suelo para salvaguardar y preservar la integridad de las personas, de los ecosistemas y sus interrelaciones y del ambiente en general.

La presente Ley modifica el texto refundido de la Ley de urbanismo, en materia de suelo no urbanizable, con la finalidad de favorecer la conservación y la recuperación del patrimonio rural, de incentivar la reactivación económica y el desarrollo del mundo rural, la presente ley amplía los usos admisibles en las masías y casas rurales susceptibles de reconstrucción y rehabilitación, y permite la catalogación, por razones arquitectónicas o históricas, de otras edificaciones existentes en suelo no urbanizable, anteriores a la entrada en vigor del primer instrumento de planeamiento urbanístico

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de urbanismo, que tiene por objeto la regulación del urbanismo en el territorio de Cataluña. El urbanismo es una función pública que abarca la ordenación, la transformación, la conservación y el control del uso del suelo, del subsuelo y del vuelo, su urbanización y edificación, y la regulación del uso, de la conservación y de la rehabilitación de las obras, edificios e instalaciones.

Law No. 14/2012 amends Article 2 of the Law No.9693 of 2007 regarding areas of pasture fund that re-enter the agricultural land fund. This inclusion maybe done only for areas newly planted with trees that are part of the long term national programs and policies. Local government entities are responsible for accepting such requests and granting approvals.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fishery development; protection of natural resources; management and protection of water sources; development of water supply, irrigation and drainage systems; intensify environmental management, pollution treatment and environmental incident prevention; and urban space development.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to establishment of a Special Fund called “Remediation of Contaminated Sites Sachsen-Anhalt”. The Fund shall receive financing from the Federal State and the Land of Sachsen-Anhalt which shall be used for the sanitation of contaminated sites in Sachsen-Anhalt. The text consists of 9 articles.

The present Law implements the Environment Frame Act of 29 June 1990. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the Institute for release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The Institute is competent for decisions on application on release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Establishment, tasks (1); Organization (2); Economics and accounting (3); Supervisions and incentives (4); Final provisions (5).

The scope of this Law shall be to protect public interests with a view of ensuring territorial integrity, national, economic and energetic security, social protection of the population, environmental protection, rational management of natural resources and conservation of historical and cultural heritage.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Act of 2 September 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Office of Landscape and Nature is responsible for the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Agricultural Act, unless otherwise determined.

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Environment Protection Law of 13 March 1991, the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and the Federal Water Protection Act of 21 June 1991. Article 1 establishes that the Environment and Energy Office is responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation on soil protection. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competences (1); Obligatory sampling of soil (2); Carrying out of soil examination (3); Measure to conserve soil fertility (4); Repeal (5).

These Regulations implement the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 by providing forms to obtain authority cards as referred to in section 21(1) of the Act; procedure to notify the Commissioner of the intention to drain or pump water; and, subject to section 25A(8) of the Act, the procedure to be followed before recommending that a service charge be imposed, including public meeting to be held, procedures to be followed and information to be presented; etc.
