La presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de los instrumentos y procedimientos necesarios para el ejercicio por la Junta de Andalucía de su competencia en Ordenación del Territorio, que tiene por finalidad contribuir a la cohesión e integración de la Comunidad Autónoma y a su desarrollo equilibrado.

La presente Ley declara Parques Provinciales, Monumentos Naturales y Reservas Provinciales las superficies del territorio de la Provincia de Tucumán, que resultaren necesarias para la protección y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, sean del dominio del Estado o privados. La Ley especifica las actividades cuya realización queda prohibida en los parques provinciales y monumentos naturales. El artículo 19 crea la Comisión Asesora de Parques, Monumentos y Recursos Naturales Renovables y Reservas Provinciales.

These Regulations amend the Agriculture (Cross compliance) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 so as: (a) to remove the Environment Agency as a competent control authority for specified requirements; and (b) to provide that the Secretary of State may give an exemption from the rules on overgrazing and supplementary feeding, management of land not in agricultural production and the control of weeds. The Regulations also make a minor amendment to the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Integrated Administration and Control System) Regulations 2009.

This Order concerns powers of compulsory purchase, powers of entry, and compensation of the Environment Agency and local authorities under sections 38 and 39 respectively of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 for purposes incidental flooding and coastal erosion works. Those sections empower the Environment Agency and local authorities to carry out certain works in the interests of nature conservation, the preservation of cultural heritage or people’s enjoyment of the environment or of cultural heritage.

This Resolution approves the Regional Scheme for Land use Planning of the Island of S.Nicolau. This Scheme consists of 7 Chapters, 2 Maps and 2 Annexes, specifying land uses, territorial definition and other legal matters related to any areas for the following land use purposes: agricultural, forestry, protection, infrastructures, etc. Chapter 4 regulates infrastructures and equipments. Chapter 5 estabishes terms and conditions for natural heritage and protected area conservation.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 3 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes new geographical limits and 3 detailed maps of the aforementioned area. It also concerns the protection and valorization of the environmental sector so called "Baia das Gatas" within the island of S. Vicente as an Area of Touristic Development.

This Order brings into force provisions of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 and contains transitional provisions relating to the amendments to the Coast Protection Act 1949 and the Land Drainage Act 1991.

This Code of Good Agricultural Practice addresses issues related to the protection of waters affected by nitrate pollution deriving from agricultural sources. It is divided into four Parts as follows: the first Part (A) concerns fertilizers and aims at assisting farmers in implementing friendly practices towards the environment in a way that income by their crops may be secured and also that the environment can be protected. In particular it aims at avoiding pollution of underground and surface waters from the accumulation of nitrates through water infiltration or surface runoff.

The present Act provides for the designation of areas to be parts of provincial parks and provides for the management of such parks. The Act covers also the appointment and powers of park wardens, the protection of flora, prospecting and mining and enforcement measures. The text consists of 23 sections and 1 Schedule.

This law ratifies the United Nations Convention to combat desertification in those countries experiencing serious drought and/or desertification, particularly in Africa, which was signed on behalf of Greece on 14 October 1994 (article 1 of the present law). The Convention aims at combating desertification and mitigating the effects of drought through national action programs that incorporate long-term strategies supported by international cooperation and partnership arrangements. El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Mapa de Vulnerabilidad Física del Perú a escala 1:250,000, Primera Versión 2011, que permite incorpora en los procesos de ordenamiento territorial el análisis de riesgo natural y antrópico, así como las medidas de adaptación al cambio climático, impulsando mecanismos para prevenir el asentamiento de poblaciones en zonas con alto potencial de riesgos ante peligros naturales o antrópicos.
