The aim of this Implementing Regulation is to regulate land registration. This Regulation is composed of 4 Sections divided into 44 articles. Section I deals with land ownership, maps, documents and data including information related to wells, palms and other cultivated plants. Section II refers to the legal procedures and administrative steps necessary for land registration. Section III provides for ownership documents. Section IV pertains to land division and expropriation.

This Law amends article 76 of the Land Registration Law as follows: the sale fee shall be 1 percent of the land’s value; beneficiaries of loans from the Housing Bank for the purchase of houses are exempt from the aforementioned sale fee according to the loan's value.

The aim of this Decree is to regulate land registration. This Decree is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 decrees the change of the name of the Bureau from Cadastre Bureau to Survey and Cadastre Bureau. Article 2 divides the Bureau in the following Departments: (a) Survey; (b) Registration and Monitoring; (c) Administration Affairs and Finance; and, (d) Technical Affairs. Article 3 entrusts the Prime Minister to issue the necessary resolutions for defining the functions and duties of each Department.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the registration of land. This Resolution is composed of 2 Sections divided into 6 articles. Section I deals with survey procedures in particular: (a) competencies and duties of the Survey Department; (b) competencies and duties of surveyors; (c) survey registration and fees; (d) modification or correction of survey maps; and (e) measuring operations. Section II pertains to land maps and ownership documents.

This Law establishes the modalities of: (a) setting up, keeping and liquidation of the state registers (cadastre); (b) setting up the system of the state registers and the basic principles of interaction thereof; and (c) the rights and the duties of the leading institutions as regards keeping the state registers. The object of recording in the state registers shall be inter alia territory (land) and natural resources. One on the main registers shall be the register of immovable property.

This Law regulates land registration and restriction of the right of ownership. In the Register of immovable property shall be recorded plots of land that have been attributed cadastre number (Art. 9). The following rights shall be recorded in the Register: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) usufruct; (d) mortgage; and (e) long-term rent (Art. 11).

This Law regulates the modalities of keeping the register of immovable property, including the plots of land. Register of immovable property has as its purpose data collection with a view of granting access to information to the consumers. Immovable property shall be considered plot of land with the constructions located thereon and plots of land. Formation of the plots of land shall be completed after the registration thereof in the register of immovable property. The boundaries of the plots of land shall be established after cadastre measurement, mapping and placing of landmarks.

Cadastre valuation of land shall be integral part of land cadastre and it shall be carried out for the purpose of obtaining data on soil quality and location of land that characterize the conditions of agriculture and normative value of land. Cadastre land valuation data shall be used for the calculation of land tax. Only separate cultivated plots of agricultural land shall be subject to cadastre valuation of land.

This Order contains the description of land cadastre and the modalities of its use. Land cadastre shall have the form of a register and shall contain data on plots of land and rights thereto. Each registered plot of land shall have three registration sheets: (a) inventory of a plot of land (sheet A); (b) registration of ownership right of lifelong hereditary possession (sheet BA); and (c) registration of real burden namely permanent tenancy, provisional tenancy, right of lease or sublease, servitude, mortgage, pledge of land ownership right, limited rights decreed by court.

The state supervision over land use and land protection shall have as its purpose to ensure the observance of land legislation by landowners and land tenants with a view of more efficient land use and land protection. The state supervision shall be carried out by the local self-government and land use planning organizations.

This Federal Law regulates relations dealing with state cadastre registration of immovable property, including plots of land. It shall not be applicable to subsoil. State cadastre data shall be for permanent storage and destruction or removal of the whole database or part thereof shall be prohibited. The Act consists of five Sections divided into 48 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) keeping state cadastre of immovable property; (3) modalities of immovable property registration; (4) qualification for carrying out cadastre activity; (4) conclusive provisions.
