Cadastre valuation of land shall be integral part of land cadastre and it shall be carried out for the purpose of obtaining data on soil quality and location of land that characterize the conditions of agriculture and normative value of land. Cadastre land valuation data shall be used for the calculation of land tax. Only separate cultivated plots of agricultural land shall be subject to cadastre valuation of land. The following criteria shall be taken into consideration in the process of land valuation: (a) soil fertility; (b) technological qualities (favourable conditions for mechanized cultivation of land); and (c) location of a plot of land.
