This Order amends the Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2010 in the definition of “conveyancer” in article 2(2) order to include those who are or who employ authorized persons, authorized or licensed under the provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007 to carry on certain reserved instrument activities relating to land registration. The definition also includes public officers carrying on those activities.

This Circular provides for registration fee-liable assets, which include land, means of transport and hunting rifles and sports guns.The Circular further provides for: registration fee payers; cases of registration fee exemption; registration fee calculation bases; registration fee declaration and accounting; and tasks, responsibilities and powers of tax offices and related agencies.

The Decree-Law is set in bold-type and the Decree is set in normal characters. In order to safeguard real estate rights and statutory interests, the register of real estate contains data on all immovable property in the country, on rights in connection thereto and other relevant information. Certain rights come into being through registration.

Item 1.2 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “in case of identification of a previously unregistered plot of land.” Item 1.6 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “or in case of identification of a previously registered plot of land.”

The document consists of 9 Parts. The grounds for reserving land for protected areas shall be programs of development and distribution of protected areas validated in accordance with the established modalities. Plots of land destined for protected areas shall be surveyed on site by a special commission with the participation of landowners concerned. The present Act provides for the management, regulation and administration of the ownership and use of land for socio-economic development and environmental well-being of the country through efficient and effective land administration, security of land tenure, equal opportunity to land, facilitation of operation of land market, effective use of land resources and conservation of the ecosystem.

The purpose of this Act is to promote the use, improvement and conservation of national land, from a comprehensive viewpoint of policies for the economy, society, culture, etc., with consideration for natural conditions of national land, by formulating National Spatial Strategies and taking other measures, in combination with measures by the National Land Use Planning Act (Act No. 92 of 1974), and thereby contributing to the realization of the economy and society in which present and future citizens can live rich lives with peace of mind.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and specific requirements aimed to correctly define the content and manner of keeping records of the state border of the Republic of Croatia.The records contain official data on the state border and on land (land zoning) taken from the intergovernmental agreements on the border of the Republic of Croatia that were concluded with neighboring countries.
