La presente Resolución adopta el nuevo procedimiento para la obtención de la certificación del valor catastral de un inmueble, que será expedida vía Internet, en papel simple, sin costo alguno para el contribuyente y sin necesidad de presentar un escrito formal ante la Dirección de Catastro y Bienes Patrimoniales del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.

This Order prescribes the fees to be taken in the Land Registry for the purposes of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and the manner in which those fees are to be paid. The principal changes in respect of the repealed 2010 Regulations concern: ad-valorem fees for leases, registration and application fees, and fees for an application for update of entries in an existing land certificate.

INDICE: Catastro Nacional (I); Declaraciones de bienes inmobiliarios (II); Avalúo inmobiliario (III); Informes de la Dirección General del Catastro Nacional (IV); División del Catastro Nacional (V); Obligaciones a cargo de determinados funcionarios y oficiales públicos (VI); Dirección General del Catastro Nacional, sus dependencias y los organismos vinculados (VII); Disposiciones generales y sanciones (VIII).La elaboración del Catastro Nacional se llevará a cabo gradualmente por divisiones político-territoriales (art. 2º).

This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.

El presente Reglamento regula la obligación de los órganos de la administración del Estado de escuchar y considerar la opinión de las organizaciones indígenas cuando traten materias relacionadas con cuestiones indígenas, según lo establecido en el artículo 34 de la Ley Nº 19.253 sobre protección, fomento y desarrollo de los indígenas. En especial se define y regula el procedimiento de consulta y se establecen disposiciones detalladas en tema de participación.

This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry. In article 1 the task of the Ministry regarding land survey and registration is redefined and article 2 requires the Ministry to supervise and monitor the Regional State Administrative Agencies and the Economic Development-, Transport- and the Environment Centres on matters within its competence.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento para la aplicación del impuesto a las tierras rurales, en relación a las tierras dedicadas a la actividad de silvicultura en los bosques privados que están exonerados del impuesto. En consecuencia, la aplicación del impuesto para tierras dedicadas a la actividad silvicultura se realizará a partir del momento en que se inicie la fase extractiva.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and running of a spatial data infrastructure system in Sachsen-Anhalt as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Act defines national territory planning, town and country planning in compliance with article 186, point (b) and article 187, paragraph 2, point (e) of the Constitution. This Act is divided into 8 chapters establishing classifications and definitions of urban territories (Chap. I). It also establishes that national and municipal construction activities must respect the environment. Chapters II and III deal with legislative planning, building typologies, etc. Chapter IV deals with urban and non-urban soils, defining their use, etc.

The purpose of this Resolution is to define the requirements and conditions for obtaining a licence for the division and partition of lands. This Resolution is composed of 2 Chapters divided into 7 articles. Chapter I deals with matters related to licences and in particular with: (a) licences which shall be issued by the Ministry of Housing; (b) applications for licences shall be submitted to the Survey Department accompanied by the necessary documents and certificates; and (c) the Natural Planning Department shall prepare the land division. Chapter II contains general provisions.

This Order establishes that the following rights and encumbrances (restrictions) of immovable property, including land plots, shall be subject to compulsory registration: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) nature management; and (d) open-ended land tenure. Registration shall be carried out through application by the following categories: (a) owner; (b) landlord; (c) leaseholder; (d) pledgeholder; (e) trust manager; (f) bankruptcy administrator; (g) tutor; (g) trustee; (h) by power of attorney; and (i) other persons in accordance with legislation.

El presente Reglamento de organización y funciones (ROF), que consta de 10 títulos, 57 artículos y 7 disposiciones finales, norma la naturaleza, finalidad, objetivos, funciones, estructura orgánica, régimen económico, financiero y laboral del Proyecto Especial Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT).
