Agreement of 1996 between the Russian Federation and the Krasnodar Territory regarding the delimitation of jurisdictional subjects and plenary powers between the State Bodies of the Russian Federation and the State Bodies of the Krasnodar Territory must be invalidated from the date of the official publication of the present Agreement.

This Act creates a new system of development permitting for nationally significant infrastructure projects. The new system covers certain types of energy, transport, water, waste water and waste projects. The Act establishes the Infrastructure Planning Commission, which will be responsible for examining applications for development consent for nationally significant infrastructure projects. The Commission may also confer upon developers certain rights for the purpose of facilitating a project.

In order to combat desertification, mitigating collateral impacts and decreasing the concomitant poverty and land degradation, the Government of Jordan, represented by the Ministry of Environment, in collaboration with other governmental and non-governmental institutions, prepared this sectoral document named Aligned National Action Plan (NAP) to Combat Desertification in Jordan 2015-2020, because it is aligned with the 5 Operational Objectives of the UNCCD ten-year Strategy.

This Act makes provision with respect to planning and ecological experiments in urban areas. City Councils may take decisions derogating from existing requirements regarding soil, water, etc in experimental areas within 5 years from the date of entry into force of this Act if it holds that the experiment will contribute to the improvement if the environment and quality of live.

These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in Wales for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects.

This Decree determines every zone throughout the entire territory of Azerbaijan and specifies the general principles of these zones separately. This Decree sets forth rules and regulations of determining plots of land for industries, residences, cultural structure, roads, intersections, green areas and other construction areas, considering the impacts of earthquakes, landslides, floods and other natural and man-made disasters and in addition, principles of usage of these areas.

This State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent. This State Standard is authentic translation of ISO 10381-5:2005 Soil quality -- Sampling -- Part 5: Guidance on the procedure for the investigation of urban and industrial sites with regard to soil contamination. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations.

This Act, consisting of 29 sections divided into seven Parts, establishes the dissolution of Lake Illawarra Authority. The assets, rights and liabilities of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority immediately before its dissolution become, on that dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Crown. Any advisory committees of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority are dissolved.
