The Uganda National Land Policy is a national policy of the Republic of Uganda whose main goal is to ensure an efficient, equitable and optimal utilization and management of Uganda’s land resources for poverty reduction, wealth creation and overall socio-economic development.To this end, the document provides for a set of goals, including in the area of environment.

This Act applies to all kinds of pollution discharge in Vanuatu. Despite the provisions of any other Act, all persons and agencies having responsibilities under this Act, or whose functions and powers may relate to any matter or thing involving the environment, are to apply the precautionary principle. The Act sets out the Director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Conservation.

La presente Resolución establece los riterios, regulaciones y requisitos ambientales obligatorios para desarrollos habitacionales comprendidos en proyectos de urbanización, construcción de viviendas en espacios urbanos, rurales, costeros y zonas ecológicamente frágiles.

This Proclamation establishes the Oromia Bureau of Land and Environmental Protection and defines its objectives, functions and powers.

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine lands that could be used for other than agricultural purposes when needed and to determine lands of with a potential high level of agricultural production. The Regulation sets forth provisions on cadastre, land registration, actions to be taken for protection of environment, land leveling by determining all vegetative production areas including meadow and pastures, preventive measures for erosion, efficient use of lands, drainage network, land valuation and land parceling, in the field of land consolidation.

These Regulations, made by the Board of the Environment Protection Agency under section 62 of the Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008 as amended by the Environment Protection Agency (Amendment) Act, 2010, provide with respect to environmental protection in mining operations. They shall apply to body corporates and individuals applying for or issued minerals rights under the Mines and Minerals Act 2009.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection belts and water conservation zones of surface waterbodies shall be established for reduction of pollution of water ecosystems, prevention of erosion, restriction of economic activities in flooded areas, and also with a view of conservation of typical landscapes”.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Gaâda El Kbira (commune rurale des Ouled Abdoune, cercle de Khouribga-province de Khouribga). La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle. Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux administratives locales.

El Reglamento, que consta de 7 capítulos, 17 artículos y 2 anexos, establece un sistema nacional de clasificación de tierras adecuadas a las características ecológicas de las diversas regiones del país, con el fin de difundir el uso racional permanente de las tierras, evitando la destrucción y deterioro del suelo.

Le présent décret est relatif à la politique foncière et immobilière. En collaboration avec les provinces et la communes, la Région flamande mène une politique foncière et immobilière qui se traduit par le pilotage, la coordination, le développement et la mise en oeuvre de stratégies et d’instruments de politique spatiale et sectorielle afin de faciliter, encourager, promouvoir et le cas échéant corriger le marché foncier et immobilier.

Ce décret porte réglementation applicable aux installations classées prévues à l'article 75 de la loi nº 83-03. Ces installations sont soumises soit à autorisation soit à déclaration. Le décret indique les autorités compétentes à délivrer l'autorisation, les conditions et les modalités de présentation de la demande d'autorisation ou de la déclaration, les étapes de l'enquête publique. La durée des autorisations est illimitée sauf exceptions.
