Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land of free port of Riga owned by natural or legal person can be sold, donated, exchanged or transferred in other manner in accordance with the modalities envisaged by Harbour Law”.

Decree No. 454 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the modalities of control and registration of exposure to radiation of the personnel.
This Decree shall be applicable to personnel constantly operating with the sources of ionizing radiation on sites or territory of the object pertaining to operator or managed thereby. Control of exposure to radiation of the personnel shall be performed either directly with the use of personal radiation dosimeters (individual monitoring of the personnel) or indirectly through control of radioactive pollution of air and soil.
Decree No. 483 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the modalities of inspection of polluted and potentially polluted areas.
This Decree establishes methods and modalities of inspection of polluted and potentially polluted areas, and also the modalities of aggregation of data related thereto. Primary inspection and assessment of polluted and potentially polluted areas shall be performed by local government in coordination with regional environmental protection body. The Ministry of Defence shall inspect polluted and potentially polluted areas on territories under its jurisdiction.
Decree No. 198 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 171 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on calculation of compensation to former owners of land and their legitimate heirs for land transferred in ownership to cities.
Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regulation establishes the modalities of calculation of compensation for expropriated land, payment of the aforesaid compensation to the former owners and heirs thereof and the modalities of calculation of payment for transferred urban land”.

Decree No. 263 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Methodology of planting of urban protection forests.
This Decree determined methodology of planting urban protection forests in accordance with land-use planning of territory on the outskirts of urban areas. Boundaries of urban protection forests shall be coordinated with local government and shall be posted on natural boundaries marked on land, for example roads, ditches, power supply lines etc. Local government shall inform State Forest Service on the boundaries of urban protection forests and shall make accessible information related thereto. Urban protection forests of two closely adjacent cities can overlap.
