This Act makes provision in relation to priorities and preferences in the administration of the estate of a deceased person. It also provides for law of bankruptcy to apply in certain matters of administration of deceased’s insolvent estate.
This Act makes provision for the administration of the small estates of deceased persons. Where a person dies intestate leaving a small estate, an application may be made to the Registrar of the High Court at any time not earlier than one month after the death of such person for a grant of letters of administration in respect of such estate.
This Act makes provision for the devolution of legal interest in real estate on the decease of the owner to personal representatives or representative. The Act also provides for administration of the estate by the personal representatives or representative of a deceased person and transfer to heir or devisee.
This Act makes provision for the administration of unrepresented estates (as defined) by the Administrator of Estates appointed under this Act. After receiving, upon application to Court, an order, the Administrator of Estates shall forthwith take possession and cause an inventory of the estate mentioned in such order to be made, and shall file the inventory in Court.
The Act has been amended as per the deletion and substitution of paragraph 1 and the insertion of a new paragraph 1A; paragraph 2, 3 and 4 underwent minor changes in terms of substitution of sentences and some additions. Any application made or pending and any order or decision of and any right of appeal of a Strata Titles Board prior to 1st May 2004 shall not be affected.
This Chapter concerns the procedures for the application for a permit “to excavate, fill or borrow” tidelands, defines traditional and customary rights of the people of the Chuuk State in respect of tidelands and the granting of (ownership) rights in respect of such land by the State to people of Chuuk.

This Act makes provision for the administration of (intestate) estates by persons appointed as administrators under this Act or by (probate of) will and also concerns other related matters of inheritance.
La presente Ley del Estado de México reconoce y regula los derechos de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas y originarias, asentadas de manera continua en localidades y municipios de la entidad. This Act amends the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 so as to provide that amounts of money to be established for purposes of sections 18, 28, 30, 34 80, 90, 91, 93, 102 and 103 of the principal Act shall be prescribed by Regulation.
