This Regulation repeals Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 1 of Article 5 and Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 4 of Article 6.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Información Catastral Predial, en relación a las entidades que lo conforman y a los integrantes del Consejo Nacional de Catastro. Además, crea el Índice de las Estaciones de Rastreo Permanente (ERP), de propiedad de las entidades públicas y privadas, a fin de densificar y consolidar el Sistema Geodésico Oficial.
This Decree-Law, consisting of three Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and functioning norms of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing (MIOTH).
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Territorial land-use planning scheme shall contain provisions related to territorial planning and mapping of objects intended for location at regional and inter-municipal levels”.

La presente Ley regula la expropiación pro utilidad pública. La utilidad pública debe servir de fundamento legal a la expropiación, y comprende todos los casos en que se procure la satisfacción del bien común, sea éste de naturaleza material o espiritual. Podrá actuar como expropiante el Estado Provincial; también podrán actuar como tales las Municipalidades, las Entidades Autárquicas Provinciales y las Empresas del Estado Provincial, en tanto estén expresamente facultadas para ello por sus respectivas leyes o leyes especiales.
Liberia’s Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) is built on the foundation of the Government’s 150-Day Action Plan. The PRS is part of a longer-term continuum of the Government’s strategy for rapid, inclusive and sustainable growth and poverty reduction, including progress toward achieving the Millennium Development Goals. The PRS covers the three-year period from April 2008 to June 2011.

El presente Reglamento de Renovación Urbana, tiene por objetivo complementar las herramientas establecidas en el artículo 21 de la Ley de Planificación Urbana, y fijar las normas que deberán adoptarse para rehabilitar, remodelar o regenerar las áreas urbanas disfuncionales, o conservar áreas urbanas, cuya intervención sea considerada estratégica por parte de los gobiernos municipales o el Estado.
La présente loi adopte le Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme (USDAU) de l'agglomération de Djibouti. Le Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme de Djibouti s'applique dans le périmètre délimité tel que figuré dans les plans joints dans le document et s'étend dans ses limites Sud, sur certaines zones de la Région d'Arta. Les coordonnées géographiques du SDAU sont déclinées dans le tableau en annexe.
Le présent arrêté détermine les règlements d’urbanisme et de construction au Rwanda.
The Minister validates the methods of land rehabilitation of landscapes damaged as a result of subsoil management due to mining and extraction of minerals. It shall not be applicable to deep quarries subject to issuance of special permits for operation thereof. Land rehabilitation procedure must be performed by land owners and land tenants that have extracted common minerals on surface or near surface for their own individual needs.
This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the National Institute of Territorial Planning and Urban Development (INOTU). This Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters divided into 23 articles and completed by four Annexes, establishes the composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institution of the Economic and Productive Sector.
