El presente Acuerdo modifica el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, en lo relacionado con la distinción entre las tierras adjudicadas que corresponden al Patrimonio Forestal del Estado, que quedan deslindadas de dicho Patrimonio, y aquellas que corresponden a los bosques y vegetación protectores que cambiarán únicamente de dominio y seguirán formando parte del mismo bosque y vegetación protector.

Areas listed may not be entered without possession of a valid permit issued by the specified authority. This Order concerns the KV Substation at Ayer Rajah Crescent in Singapore and lists the relevant authority as PowerGrid Ltd.

This Act amends the Planning and Development Act, 2000 so as to, among other things: insert a new provision in section 28 on Ministerial guidelines; insert a new provision in section 34 on assessment of applications for new development; provide for the making of the planning scheme following an appeal made under section 169; provide with respect to a determination by the Board whether the extent and character of the modification in a planning scheme would be likely to have a significant effect on the environment (within the meaning of Annex II of Directive 2001/42/EC) or on a European site;

This Act allows the Department of Agriculture to establish agricultural preserves, contains rules governing administration and establishment of preserves, grants authority to the Department to enter into contracts with landowners to limit the use of agricultural land for preservation purposes and provides for relief from the provisions of such contracts.The following lands may be included in an agricultural reserve: (a) land devoted to recreational use; (b) a wildlife habitat area; and (c) a submerged area.

El presente Manual de procedimientos para adquisición de terrenos dentro de áreas silvestres protegidas, tiene como objetivo dotar al Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación de un documento con el procedimiento normalizado para la consolidación del Patrimonio Natural del Estado, como una herramienta eficaz en el proceso de la adquisición de terrenos, que garantice el correcto uso de los fondos públicos destinados a compra de terrenos dentro de las Áreas Silvestres Protegidas y la igualdad en el trato a los propietarios de los mismos.

This Act establishes the National Parks, Rivers and Beaches Authority, the National Parks Board and the National Parks Fund and makes provision for the establishment of national parks, their promotion, management and protection and for the acquisition of private land for purposes of establishment or maintenance of a national park or the management of private land as a national park.The Authority is established as a body corporate and shall manage all national parks and have power and control over all rivers, streams, springs, swamps, waterfalls, water pools and beaches in St.

This Governmental Decree regulates the issues of constitution, modification of category, validation of boundaries and cancellation of protected areas. Protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) state nature reserves; (b) state natural parks; (c) state nature monuments; (d) state nature reserves; (e) state botanical gardens, dendrological and zoological parks; (f) biosphere reserves; and (g) transboundary protected areas. Protected areas shall be constituted with the consideration of ecological, scientific and economic substantiation, and also historical and cultural value.
