This Order establishes the declaration of protected place. It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act. The authorities respectively specified in the third column of the Schedule hereto are from whom permission to enter the respective protected places are to be received. The Schedule specifies Protected areas, Plan Number and relevant competent Authority.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Area of cultural heritage may include land areas, land plots, shares of land plots. Boundaries of land areas of cultural heritage may not coincide with the boundaries of existing land plots”.

This Federal Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at implementation of the constitutional right of each person to have access to cultural heritage, and also conservation of the sources of information related to the origin and development of culture. In particular, this Federal Law shall regulate formation and keeping unified state register of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Decree determined methodology of planting urban protection forests in accordance with land-use planning of territory on the outskirts of urban areas. Boundaries of urban protection forests shall be coordinated with local government and shall be posted on natural boundaries marked on land, for example roads, ditches, power supply lines etc. Local government shall inform State Forest Service on the boundaries of urban protection forests and shall make accessible information related thereto. Urban protection forests of two closely adjacent cities can overlap.

These Rules: amend the Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2000, the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2000 and the Town and Country Planning (Hearing Procedure) (England) Rules 2000 so that all these Rules apply to advertisement appeals which are to be dealt with by an inquiry or a hearing in England. They also make some other minor amendment to these Rules.

This Order grants, subject to certain conditions, planning permission for certain classes of development under Part 3 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. Conditions are prescribed in part by regulations 55 and 56 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, etc) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 and for, among others, so-called EIA development, certain waterworks and development to be carried out on land which is within or affects: (i) a conservation area; (ii) a National Park; (iii) a nature reserve; (iv) an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The present Act declares valid the Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada and the Gwich’in, as represented by the Gwich’in Tribal Council, signed on 12 April 1992. Section 5 establishes that for the purposes of carrying out its objectives, the Renewable Resources Board established by the afore-mentioned Agreement has the capacity,rights, powers and privileges of a natural person. The text consists of 11 sections.

These Regulations provide the necessary procedures for the obtaining of conservation area consent for the demolition in a conservation area of a building which is neither a listed building nor an ecclesiastical building nor a building guarded, protected or scheduled under the Historic Monuments and Archaeological Objects (Northern Ireland) Order 1995. Applications for consent shall be made to the district council but a decision concerning consent shall be made by the district council or the Department of the Environment.
