This Circular amends and supplements various points of Circular No. 117/2004/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 198/2004/ND-CP on land use levy collection.Point 1, Section IV, Part A on land prices used for land use levy calculation has been supplemented and amended as well as point 2 on the allocation of land use levy for multi-story buildings attached to land which is allocated by the state to multiple users. A new Section V to Part A is added addressing the subtraction of compensation and ground clearance money.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Act with respect to the Land Surveyors Board, the Standing Committee on Geographical Names, the examination and issue of licences, land survey operations, government land surveys and resolution of disputes. The Regulations also provide for the reservation of land in case of survey for purposes of alienation of government land in coastal areas and near to lakes or tidal rivers.

These Regulations specify, in the First Schedule, fees payable, prior to the registration of any dealing affecting a holding, by every landowner whose name appears in an adjudication register in respect of any adjudication area or adjudication section. They also specify, in the Second Schedule, fees to be paid by persons to whom land has been adjudicated in the manner specified or who object against registration.

The Act aims to ensure that the country's land and natural resources are exploited on the basis of social protection and development, by promoting local development, employment and business activities and by monitoring air, water, soil and noise pollution. It sets rules on safety and security standards through a National Planning Committee responsible for providing a summary of land planning projects with the specification of the planning’s objectives.

An Act to approve, give effect to and declare valid land claims agreements entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, the Government of Yukon and certain first nations in Yukon, to provide for approving, giving effect to and declaring valid other land claims agreements entered into after this Act comes into force, and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

This Act amends the State Lands Act, originally titled “Crown Lands Act”, in section 6 by adding a subsection to a provision that gives powers to the Minister to exchange portions of State land for portions of private freehold land. The new section empowers the Minister to require, in addition of exchange, payment as a contribution for the value of the State land subject of exchange.

Tous travaux de construction, de rénovation et autres types de travaux entrepris sans Permis de Construire et partiellement non-conformes aux cahiers des charges en vigueur (reculs non respectés) sont soumis au paiement d'une pénalité correspondant à 10% du montant du coût total de la construction réalisée.

Aucune construction à usage d'habitation ou non ne peut être édifiée sans un Permis de Construire Ordinaire délivré dans les conditions indiquées par le présent décret. Ces dispositions s'appliquent à toutes les constructions édifiées en matériaux définitifs sur un terrain domanial inscrit au livre foncier du territoire. Le Permis de construire est exigé pour les travaux exécutés sur les constructions existantes, lorsqu'ils ont pour effet d'en changer la destination, de modifier leur aspect extérieur ou leur volume ou de créer des niveaux supplémentaires.

The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Public Land Act. The Regulation focuses on three key themes: land management, compliance and enforcement, appeals and dispute resolution. The Regulation applies to provincial land managed by Sustainable Resource Development under the Public Lands Act. The new rules around recreation apply to vacant public land not held under a disposition that offers exclusive use. The Regulation does not apply to parks/wilderness areas (managed by Tourism, Parks and Recreation) or lands managed by Transportation or Infrastructure.

These Regulations implement provisions of the St. Helena National Trust Ordinance in relation with the organization and administration of the Trust and the Trust Council. They also require the Trust to establish and maintain a National Heritage Register of natural, cultural and historical resources and property that the Council determines are of national significance and worthy of preservation.

This Ordinance establishes the St. Helena National Trust as a body corporate. The principal objects of the Trust shall be: (a) to promote the permanent preservation for the benefit of St. Helena of lands and buildings of beauty or historical interest and, in the case of lands, the preservation of their natural aspect features and animal, plant and marine life; and (b) to maintain and manage lands acquired by the Trust as open spaces or places of public resort and buildings so acquired for purposes of public recreation, resort or instruction.
