The present Act regulates the ownership of land where agricultural cooperatives have made plantations. Article 2 establishes that the plantations shall be an integral part of the land passing in private ownership. Article 4 deals with compensation payments. The text consists of 7 articles.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the adjustment of structural and social adjustment in agriculture in the German Democratic Republic. The conversion of the agricultural and food sector of the German Democratic Republic to the conditions of the social market economy with a view to the currency, economic and social union with the Federal Republic of German requires a basic change in structure to be promoted. The promotion has to consider the development of markets, as well as the objectives and requirements of land use planning, environmental protection and animal protection.

La presente Ley crea el Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, que tendrá como ente rector a la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales, y crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Catastro Predial.
This Law grants power to local authorities to authorize the occupation of a “chose publique”, i.e. any area of land over which the public has, under the customary law of Jersey, the right to pass without let or hindrance, whether on foot or with animals or vehicles, including any highway, but excluding any park or sea beach. This right of occupation restricts the public right of access to the area of land in question.
The present Regulation implements the Oil and Gas Activities Act. Sections 24 and 25 of the present Regulations address the requirement to survey pipelines and well sites, related to oil and gas activity, within specified time frames. Section 26 provides a mechanism to apply for an extension to the time frames stated in sections 24 and 25. This Law aims to manage and develop the pasture by identifying the areas of rough grazing, planning the grazing according to scientific bases, protecting the natural vegetation, conserving water resources and organizing their use, and conducting studies and researches for the protection of rough grazing. The provisions of this Law concern the state-owned properties allocated for pasture and exclude cultivated lands and other particular cases.
The present Order enacts the Mines and Minerals Act. Section 1 establishes that under subsections 14(1) and (3) of the Mines and Minerals Act, the Minister withdraws, inter alia, from prospecting and staking out and from lease: a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule A; b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B; c) all potash rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule C. Seven Schedules are enclosed.
The present Regulations enact section 10 of the Mineral Resources Act, 1959, which was repealed by the Crown Minerals Act (C-50.2), but these Regulations continue in force under the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to permits and licences of shale exploration.
