Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The amount of payment in accordance with contract for the application of servitude related to land plots shall be calculated in accordance with the purpose of and the grounds for the application of servitude in conformity with the Articles 1 and 2 of this Regional Law”.

These Measures, consisting of 32 articles, are formulated for implementing the Grassland Law of the People's Republic of China in Sichuan Province.The grasslands under collective ownership, and those under ownership by the State that are assigned to collectives according to law for long-term use, may be contracted by a household or a group of households within the collectives. The basic grasslands shall be strictly protected and managed in accordance with the basic grasslands protection and management measures formulated by the State Council.

This Regional Law determines the particulars of regulation of land relations except for agricultural land. It assigns plenary powers of regional bodies and local government in the aforesaid sphere. This Regional Law shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) allotment of public plots land to citizens free of charge in ownership; (b) allotment of public land plots on lease without tender; (c) application of servitude; and (d) expropriation of land for public and municipal needs.

This Act makes provision with respect to a uniform system for effective immovable asset management within government. "Immovable asset" means any immovable asset acquired or owned by government, excluding any right contemplated in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002.The Act defines duties and powers of national and provincial authorities in relation with effective asset management including the disposal of state lands and lays down principles of immovable asset management.

This Regulation prescribes the full methodology, standards and necessary requirements for the correct activity of monitoring of agricultural land status.This Regulation also provides all conditions for carrying out the analysis that must be conducted only by approved laboratories.The methodology is prescribed for the: 1) continuous monitoring of agricultural land status with all related changes in soil (physical, chemical and biological); 2) monitoring of agricultural land used by legal or natural person on the basis of land lease and concessions.The Annex is an integral part of this Regula
