This Regional Law regulates some issues of allotment of public and municipal land plots on lease without tender to legal persons for location of social and cultural facilities, public utilities and realization of large-scale investment projects.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “On of the grounds for decision-making on refusal to call for tenders for sale of land plots or for conclusion of land lease contracts shall be disputing in judicial procedure public ownership to plot of land or of the boundaries thereof”.

These Regulations, consisting of ten sections, prescribe the steps that a regional council must take in undertaking an inquiry under section 19(2) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 to ascertain the identity or where abouts of the owner of a structure.

These Measures, consisting of 32 articles, are formulated for implementing the Grassland Law of the People's Republic of China in Sichuan Province.The grasslands under collective ownership, and those under ownership by the State that are assigned to collectives according to law for long-term use, may be contracted by a household or a group of households within the collectives. These Regulations implement provisions of the Barbuda land Act 2007 by: outlining procedures for the grant of exclusive right of occupation by a person qualified under section 7 of the Act; prescribing conditions for the grant of a lease for major development of land or for the extension of such lease; outlining procedures for the application for a licence to cut timber or a licence to burn coal.

This Regulation prescribes the maximum surface of agricultural land area, owned by the Croatian Republic, that can be sold to a natural or legal subject.Maximum size of the agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic which can be sold to a individual natural or legal person is 200 ha.

This Regional Law determines the particulars of regulation of land relations except for agricultural land. It assigns plenary powers of regional bodies and local government in the aforesaid sphere. This Regional Law shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) allotment of public plots land to citizens free of charge in ownership; (b) allotment of public land plots on lease without tender; (c) application of servitude; and (d) expropriation of land for public and municipal needs.
