La présente loi est composée de 114 articles repartis en cinq (5) titres, notamment Des dispositions générales (Titre I); de la gestion et' de l'administration des biens domaniaux (Titre II); Aliénation des biens domaniaux (Titre III); dispositions particulières et diverses (Titre IV); et dispositions pénales et finales (Titre V).Ce code du domaine de l'Etat définit les éléments constitutifs du domaine des personnes publiques et en détermine la consistance les modalités d'administration, de gestion et d’utilisation des dépendances domaniales par les personnes publiques et par les personnes

La présente ordonnance modifie l’article 47 (territoire urbain) de la loi n° 63-441 du 9 janvier 1964 relative au domaine national.

La présente ordonnance modifie l’article 72 de la loin°63-441 du 9 janvier 1964 relative au domaine national.Aux termes de l’article 72 nouveau, les dispositions de l’article 47 sont applicables gratuitement aux personnes physiques de nationalité centrafricaine ainsi qu’aux personnes morales de droit public.Elles sont également applicables, après avis du Conseil des Ministres, aux personnes physiques et morales étrangères qui s’engagent à réaliser des investissements dont la nature et l'importance sont susceptibles de contribuer au développement du pays.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge of public land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens.

Por el presente Decreto se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia de Santa Fe a restituir, bajo la forma jurídica de adjudicación que corresponda, a las Comunidades Aborígenes nucleadas por la Organización de Comunidades Aborígenes de Santa Fe (OCASTAFE) y otras comunidades de la Provincia, lotes fiscales y parcelas de islas fiscales, propiedad del Gobierno de la Provincia, dentro de las enumeradas en los anexos I y II. Las tierras adjudicadas no podrán ser vendidas, ni dadas en garantía y no podrán ser usadas, explotadas o alquiladas por personas que no sean aborígenes.

This Regional Law regulates the allotment, free of charge, of public land plots with delimited ownership and pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens. The following categories of citizens shall have the right of allotment free of charge of public land in ownership: (a) multi-child families; (b) single-parent families with dependent children of minority age; (c) orphans upon reaching the age of 25 years thereby; and (d) families awarded with the Order “Parental glory”.

Article 8.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall exercise the following plenary powers: (a) governance of regional public land; (b) allotment of land plots pertaining to regional property free of charge in ownership or in open-ended hereditary possession or tenancy; (c) land valuation for the purpose of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts; (d) establishment of land lease fees; (e) establishment of servitude fees and establishment of public servitude; and (f) validation of average cadastre value of land”.

This Regional Law regulates land relations within the limits of plenary powers transferred to regions by the Russian Federation.

Article 9.1 establishes minimum and maximum land plot area dimensions allotted free of charge to citizens in ownership for individual housing construction, subsidiary small holding and family farming.

This Regional Law specifies the grounds for decision-making on refusal to call for tenders for sale of land plots or for conclusion of land lease contracts. It shall be applicable to the plots of public or municipal land with undelimited jurisdictional competence.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum and maximum land areas related to plots of public and municipal agricultural land allotted for family farming shall be set as follows: (a) maximum – 15 ha; minimum – 0,5 ha”.

This Regional Law regulates the procedure of registration of citizens with three and more dependent children that want to purchase in ownership free of charge plots of land pertaining to public or municipal property for housing construction. Documents required for access to this program are listed in this Regional Law.
