This Act establishes the Namibian Council for Property Valuers Profession and provides with respect to qualification and registration of immovable property valuers. It also provides for control of the conduct of the professional practice of property valuers and disciplinary powers of the disciplinary tribunal appointed of under this Act. "Property" in this Act includes movable assets which forms part of an immovable property. The Council shall, among other things, register any person required to be registered in terms of this Act and appoint a Registrar for this purpose.

This Decree states that carrying out state cadastre of protected areas and objects aims at a) strengthening state control and protecting natural reserve fund, b) preparing plans for economic and social development, land management, urban planning and environmental expertise, and c) data collection and systematization, analysis of the efficiency of the current situation and provide information for national, regional and local authorities, ministries, organizations and other real and legal persons.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on land cadastre (Official Gazette 84/2007).Changes are related to the specific types of use of the official register and cadastre records, types of use of buildings and facilities, and other technical provisions regarding the occupancy permit, the final report of the supervising engineer, the solution of the derived condition, built certificate, the certificate authority responsible for the construction of the building.

This Order establishes the modalities and common principles of formation and keeping unified state register of objects of cultural heritage that include parks and gardens located on urban land. Unified state register represents information system including database of the objects of cultural heritage. This Order contains registration form (Annex 1) of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

The Vision of the present Land Policy in Cambodia is to administer, manage, use and distribute land in equitable, transparent, efficient and sustainable manner in order to contribute to achieving national goals of poverty alleviation, ensuring food security, national resources and environmental protection, national defence and socio-economic development in the context of market economy.

The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act (sect. 2). Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle"). The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may undertake the classification of agricultural land for purposes of registration and use (sect. 3a).

La presente Resolución adopta el nuevo procedimiento para la obtención de la certificación del valor catastral de un inmueble, que será expedida vía Internet, en papel simple, sin costo alguno para el contribuyente y sin necesidad de presentar un escrito formal ante la Dirección de Catastro y Bienes Patrimoniales del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.

This Order prescribes the fees to be taken in the Land Registry for the purposes of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and the manner in which those fees are to be paid. The principal changes in respect of the repealed 2010 Regulations concern: ad-valorem fees for leases, registration and application fees, and fees for an application for update of entries in an existing land certificate.
