This Act amends the Sectional Titles Act in provisions concerning, among other things: the registration of a sectional mortgage bond (as defined by this Act); certificates of registered sectional title or real right; and purchase of common property by a body corporate.

This Order prescribes the fees to be taken in the Land Registry for the purposes of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and the manner in which those fees are to be paid. The principal changes in respect of the repealed 2010 Regulations concern: ad-valorem fees for leases, registration and application fees, and fees for an application for update of entries in an existing land certificate.

INDICE: Catastro Nacional (I); Declaraciones de bienes inmobiliarios (II); Avalúo inmobiliario (III); Informes de la Dirección General del Catastro Nacional (IV); División del Catastro Nacional (V); Obligaciones a cargo de determinados funcionarios y oficiales públicos (VI); Dirección General del Catastro Nacional, sus dependencias y los organismos vinculados (VII); Disposiciones generales y sanciones (VIII).La elaboración del Catastro Nacional se llevará a cabo gradualmente por divisiones político-territoriales (art. 2º).

El presente Reglamento regula la obligación de los órganos de la administración del Estado de escuchar y considerar la opinión de las organizaciones indígenas cuando traten materias relacionadas con cuestiones indígenas, según lo establecido en el artículo 34 de la Ley Nº 19.253 sobre protección, fomento y desarrollo de los indígenas. En especial se define y regula el procedimiento de consulta y se establecen disposiciones detalladas en tema de participación.

This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on land cadastre (Official Gazette 84/2007).Changes are related to the specific types of use of the official register and cadastre records, types of use of buildings and facilities, and other technical provisions regarding the occupancy permit, the final report of the supervising engineer, the solution of the derived condition, built certificate, the certificate authority responsible for the construction of the building.

This Order establishes the modalities and common principles of formation and keeping unified state register of objects of cultural heritage that include parks and gardens located on urban land. Unified state register represents information system including database of the objects of cultural heritage. This Order contains registration form (Annex 1) of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la fecha de vigencia del inicio de las exposiciones públicas establecidas en el artículo 10 del Reglamento.

The Vision of the present Land Policy in Cambodia is to administer, manage, use and distribute land in equitable, transparent, efficient and sustainable manner in order to contribute to achieving national goals of poverty alleviation, ensuring food security, national resources and environmental protection, national defence and socio-economic development in the context of market economy.

The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act (sect. 2). Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle"). The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may undertake the classification of agricultural land for purposes of registration and use (sect. 3a).
