This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities. In order to fulfill this capacity, a person must be of legal age, is not under bankruptcy, has passed the Danish surveyor exam and has at least 3 years’ experience following the surveying exam, and has participated in the commonly occurring cadastral works by recruitment from a practicing surveyor – either by Survey and Cadastre Authority of the Jutland department or cadastral authority in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality.

These Regulations amend the Cadastral Land Survey (Registration of Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report in Rodrigues) Regulations 2013 in regulation 3 with respect of ptrcedures for the registration and approval of a Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report. The Departmental Head shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey. La presente Resolución precisa que no requieren inscribirse en los Registros Públicos las limitaciones al derecho de propiedad de los predios ubicados en Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP), para su oponibilidad a terceros, salvo que el dispositivo legal que lo establezca lo ordene expresamente.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de formalización de la propiedad informal de terrenos que realiza la Comisión de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels out of stock of public and municipal land to citizens free of charge for individual housing construction. It classifies categories of citizens entitled to the aforesaid allotment of public and municipal land. Land shall be allotted o lease for the period of construction that shall not exceed three years, with total (pre-construction and construction) period of lease that must not exceed five years.

These Regulations, in implementing provisions of the Land Surveyors Act, make further provision for registration and qualification of land surveyors and establish rules for carrying out land surveys. Regulations 3 to 5 specify qualifications, whereas regulation 6 concerns registration. A Code of Ethics is laid down in the Third Schedule. Regulation 25 and following contain rules on the carrying out of surveys and the drawing of up land survey plans.

Section 3 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937 is amended so as to provide for the continued registration of any registrable transaction concerning a right originally acquired in terms of specified repealed legislation. Section 16D prescribes, despite the specified repeal, that a right originally acquired in terms of or under the repealed Act, shall be transferred in accordance with the legislation which created that right.

This Act makes provision for ownership rights in buildings which are divided in sections and in part owned in common ownership. It defines ownership and real rights in or over parts of buildings and land and provides for registration of title to ownership or other real rights in or over such parts. A developer who intends to establish a development scheme must follow procedures as set out in this Act.

The purpose of the present Law is to enforce the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system in the Land Berlin as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.
