This Act makes provision for land registration in Scotland, provides a new legislative basis for the Land Register and improves and modernizes the system of procedures for registration of land (advance notice of conveyancing, electronic conveyancing and electronic registration). It provides for applications for voluntary registration of titles in the Land Register and grants power to the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, who manages and controls the Land Register, to register a title without an application.

This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre valuation of immovable property shall be performed by decision of local government in case of submittal of application to the Regional Government for performance of autonomous performance of the aforesaid cadastre evaluation and authorization issued by the Regional Government.

Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information related to cadastre registration of agricultural land shall be subject to mandatory publication in the regional official gazette”.

This Order establishes the modalities of state cadastre registration of the objects of immovable property by the Federal State Registration Cadastre and Cartographic Service. Application and the respective documentation shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature. Survey map of land plot shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature of the cadastre engineer in charge.

These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, set out the conditions for applications for division or amalgamation of land and the requirements for the subsequent plans. The Regulations are divided as follows: Land division, including transactions excluded from unlawful division provisions and the certificate of licensed surveyor (2); Land amalgamation, including examination of plans (3); Certification of instruments (4); Verification of identity requirements (4A) and Miscellaneous (5).

This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps. In the process of inventory shall be assessed wear and tear degree of equipment.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución de los procedimientos de formalización y titulación de predios rústicos de propiedad del Estado y de declaración de propiedad por prescripción adquisitiva de dominio. La norma precisa que los lineamientos tienen alcance nacional y son de obligatorio cumplimiento por los gobiernos regionales a los que se ha efectivizado la transferencia de la función referida al saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria.

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. The text - consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: definitions, fees, annual fee adjustment, rounding, registration fee, certified copy of title following registration, fees to be posted, fee waived or reduced. One Schedule is enclosed.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District. This Order establishes the modalities of cadastral subdivision of the territory into cadastral districts and cadastral sections carried out by the territorial branches of the Federal Land Cadastre Service. The purpose of cadastral subdivision of the national territory shall be to assign cadastre numbers to the land plots determining location thereof within the boundaries of a cadastre section. Special attention in the process of elaboration of cadastre plan shall be paid to natural linear geographic objects such as natural landmarks and forest clearing.

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and requirements aimed to define the contents and management rules of the Croatian cadastre of electricity lines and cables.This cadastre further contains the types of lines and associated facilities already part of the state cadastre, and complete info and data collection.Cadastre management includes reviewing and validating the survey lines, data entry from the studies, and the storage and use of data of cadastral lines (data access).

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.
