This instrument of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji assigns to Attorney General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications, the responsibility for the conduct of the specified Government business, departments and written laws. Business includes Climate Change and trusts and as offices in departments the Strategic Planning and National Development Centre and the Climate Change Unit (Ministry of Finance) and the Office of the Registrar of Titles (Ministry of Justice).

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. The text - consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: definitions, fees, annual fee adjustment, rounding, registration fee, certified copy of title following registration, fees to be posted, fee waived or reduced. One Schedule is enclosed.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District. This Order establishes the modalities of cadastral subdivision of the territory into cadastral districts and cadastral sections carried out by the territorial branches of the Federal Land Cadastre Service. The purpose of cadastral subdivision of the national territory shall be to assign cadastre numbers to the land plots determining location thereof within the boundaries of a cadastre section. Special attention in the process of elaboration of cadastre plan shall be paid to natural linear geographic objects such as natural landmarks and forest clearing.

Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information related to cadastre registration of agricultural land shall be subject to mandatory publication in the regional official gazette”.

This Order establishes the modalities of state cadastre registration of the objects of immovable property by the Federal State Registration Cadastre and Cartographic Service. Application and the respective documentation shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature. Survey map of land plot shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature of the cadastre engineer in charge.

These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, set out the conditions for applications for division or amalgamation of land and the requirements for the subsequent plans. The Regulations are divided as follows: Land division, including transactions excluded from unlawful division provisions and the certificate of licensed surveyor (2); Land amalgamation, including examination of plans (3); Certification of instruments (4); Verification of identity requirements (4A) and Miscellaneous (5).

This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps. In the process of inventory shall be assessed wear and tear degree of equipment.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución de los procedimientos de formalización y titulación de predios rústicos de propiedad del Estado y de declaración de propiedad por prescripción adquisitiva de dominio. La norma precisa que los lineamientos tienen alcance nacional y son de obligatorio cumplimiento por los gobiernos regionales a los que se ha efectivizado la transferencia de la función referida al saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de inscripciones del Registro de Personas Jurídicas no Societarias de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP), que regula las inscripciones de actos relativos a las personas jurídicas distintas a las sociedades y a las Empresas Individuales de Responsabilidad Limitada.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.
