La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento que tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Mensuras Catastrales y sus dependencias, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registran los trabajos de mensura, de modificaciones parcelarias y divisiones para la constitución de condominio, de conformidad con la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario.

These Regulations amend the Registration (Strata Titles) Regulations in relation with application to the Commission of Strata Corporations by a corporation for first registration pursuant to section 4(4) of the Act and renewal of registration, and (application for) waiver or reduction of the prescribed fees pursuant to section 4A of the Act. They amend the First Schedule by adding various forms and insert a Second Schedule.

The Act consists of 83 sections divided into 10 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Development plans (III); Control of development of land (IV); Enforcement (V); Environmental protection (VI); Building regulations (VII); Compensation and acquisition (VIII); Appeals (IX); Miscellaneous and supplementary (X).Section 3 defines duties of the Minister and particular holds the Minister responsible for securing the objects and purposes set out in section 3. A Development Control Authority is established as a body corporate under section 5.

This Act makes provision for land registration in Scotland, provides a new legislative basis for the Land Register and improves and modernizes the system of procedures for registration of land (advance notice of conveyancing, electronic conveyancing and electronic registration). It provides for applications for voluntary registration of titles in the Land Register and grants power to the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, who manages and controls the Land Register, to register a title without an application.

This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre valuation of immovable property shall be performed by decision of local government in case of submittal of application to the Regional Government for performance of autonomous performance of the aforesaid cadastre evaluation and authorization issued by the Regional Government.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with, among other things, form and contents of registers and land certificates, manner of registration and searches by the public.

This Act amends the Registration (Strata Titles) Act. It, among other things, establishes the Commission of Strata Corporations and the Strata Appeals Tribunal and in provisions covering a wide variety of matters including the Strata Corporations Register, audit and proceedings of the Tribunal. The functions of the Commission shall be to: a) monitor, regulate and supervise strata corporations; (b) keep or cause to be kept a register of such corporations; (c) facilitate the resolution of disputes. The Act defines the jurisdiction of the Strata Appeals Tribunal.

This instrument of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji assigns to Attorney General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications, the responsibility for the conduct of the specified Government business, departments and written laws. Business includes Climate Change and trusts and as offices in departments the Strategic Planning and National Development Centre and the Climate Change Unit (Ministry of Finance) and the Office of the Registrar of Titles (Ministry of Justice).

The object of this Regulation, consisting of 25 sections divided into five Parts and completed by six Schedules, is to remake, with minor changes, the provisions of the Real Property Regulation 2008 which was repealed on 1 September 2014 by section 10(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.

Main object of the Code is to ensure uniformity of law and policy with respect to land tenure, registration of titles relating to land, transfer of land, leases and charges in respect of land, easements and other rights and interests in land.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 in regulation concerning the organization of the sectional title register and in Annexure 1 concerning a form to be prepared by the Conveyancer regarding sectional mortgage bonds

These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with, among other things, registration in case of conversion of a possessory or qualified title, registration of burdens, registration certificates and priority entries.
