This Regional Law establishes the modalities of forest management and protection of forests located on urban land. The purpose of urban forests shall be to ensure conservation of favourable environment and urban forests shall be used for recreational, healthcare and sport purposes. Local self-government can carry out forest management, afforestation and reforestation autonomously or in accordance with contracts concluded with other organizations.

This Act provides principally for the control on the development of land and the planning of development in the Cayman Islands. For this and other purposes, it establishes the Central Planning Authority and the Development Control Board. The Act also concerns acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes. The Board or the Authority, as the case may be, shall assess and grant permission for proposed development.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la establece un régimen de medidas urgentes en materia de ordenación del territorio y urbanismo más flexible y ágil, en el que, sin renunciar a los trámites necesarios para garantizar la corrección jurídica de la decisión que se adopte, se facilite la instrucción de procedimientos urgentes en materia de protección del paisaje, que han de concluir en un plazo breve.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto reformar el Régimen Transitorio en materia de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, con la finalidad de adoptar las medidas que se estiman adecuadas para permitir la adaptación a las actuales circunstancias de los instrumentos de planeamiento urbanístico.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Yen Bai province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural and forestry development; to enhance management of the exploitation and use natural resources; urban space development; development of water supply, irrigation, drainage and wastewater treatment facilities; and environmental management and protection.

These Regulations prescribe the fees payable, and the methods and rates by which fees are to be assessed, for the consideration and processing of applications made under sections 35, 38(3), 39(1), 40(1), 43, 43(5) and 44(3) of the Act. The fees relate to: applications for interests in reclaimed land; applications to vary a determination that relates to whether an interest in reclaimed land is to be granted and any terms and conditions relating to the interest or grant; the vesting of interests in reclaimed land; applications for renewal of interests less than freehold; etc.

El presente Decreto reglamenta el cumplimiento de los porcentajes de suelo útil para el desarrollo de Proyectos y Programas de Vivienda de Interés Social o de Interés Social Prioritaria, para predios sujetos a los tratamientos urbanísticos de desarrollo y renovación urbana.

The present Regulation enforces the Agricultural Operation Practices Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to administrative procedures of the Natural Resources Conservation Board which is mandated under the afore-mentioned Act to review applications for new or expanding confined feeding operations, to monitor and enforce compliance with the Act, its Regulations and permit conditions, and to conduct hearings to review decisions.

The present Regulation enforces the Agricultural Operation Practices Act. At the outset the Regulations contains the definition of certain terms such as, “aquifer”, “catch basin”, “common body of water”, “groundwater resource”, “liquid manure”, “private land”. Part 1 lays down provisions relating to standards applying to the owner or operator of a confined feeding operation for which an approval, registration or authorization is required under the afore-mentioned Act. Moreover, this Parts deals with manure storage and nutrient management. Part 2 concerns general administration matters.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of agricultural land fertility. Owners and tenants of agricultural land parcels shall have the right: (a) to carry out agrotechnical, agrochemical, land reclamation and antierosion conservancy arrangements for land improvement; and (b) to obtain from state bodies information related to the state of soil fertility.

This Regional Law establishes that areas of traditional management by indigenous small ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East shall be considered protected areas destined for traditional management and ensuring traditional and customary rights of indigenous small ethic communities. Areas of traditional nature management can include: (a) stationary and non-stationary dwelling places, cattle camps, reindeer farms, hunters and fishermen sites; (b) land parcels and waterbodies used for traditional management; and (c) objects of cultural heritage.

This protocol between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry sets out a framework for cooperation regarding the action plan for afforestation and erosion control mobilization.
