La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la ordenación territorial y urbanística de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, con la finalidad de incorporar al gobierno del territorio y la gestión de la utilización del suelo extremeños todo el bagaje instrumental más actual y contrastado de que dispone la ordenación territorial y urbanística española.

Environment Act 1990.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development. It shall promote the conservation of the natural environment and landscape beauty of Norfolk Island and to ensure, so far as is practicable, that physical works and other activities are in harmony with the natural environment. The Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning Board. The Board shall consider applications for authorization of activities for which approval is required under this Act.

Foreshore Licence Regulations (Cap. 46.10.1).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Foreshore and Land Reclamation Act in relation with an application for a licence to the removal substances from the foreshore of any island or islet. The Regulations specify procedures for application, provide the form of licence and require fees to be paid for a licence application.

Bavarian Water Association Implementing Law.

The present Law implements various articles of the Water Association Law of 10 February 1937. Article 1 empowers the Ministry of the Environment and Health to issue regulations; article 2 lays down provisions relating to supervising authority; article 3 concerns administrative proceedings. Agreement between the Free State of Bavaria and Thuringia on administration unions, administrative agreements, community associations, as well as water and soil associations.

The present sub-national Agreement between the Free State of Bavaria and the Free State of Thuringia lays down provisions relating to the establishment of common associations, such as, for example, water and soil associations. Article 4 establishes that for water and soil associations the Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 applies and the law of the Land where the association is set up. The text consists of 7 articles.

Special Fund Ordinance.

Act on Contaminated Soil (No. 1427 of 2009).

Sea Beaches (Removal of Sand and Stone) (Jersey) Law 1963.

This Law provides for the protection of sea beaches, whether composed of rock or sand, in Jersey from unauthorized removal of materials. A licence for such activity shall be obtained from the Minister for Planning and Environment. A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister for Planning and Environment may think fit to impose.
