La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la ordenación territorial y urbanística de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, con la finalidad de incorporar al gobierno del territorio y la gestión de la utilización del suelo extremeños todo el bagaje instrumental más actual y contrastado de que dispone la ordenación territorial y urbanística española.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development. It shall promote the conservation of the natural environment and landscape beauty of Norfolk Island and to ensure, so far as is practicable, that physical works and other activities are in harmony with the natural environment. The Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning Board. The Board shall consider applications for authorization of activities for which approval is required under this Act.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Foreshore and Land Reclamation Act in relation with an application for a licence to the removal substances from the foreshore of any island or islet. The Regulations specify procedures for application, provide the form of licence and require fees to be paid for a licence application.

The present Law implements various articles of the Water Association Law of 10 February 1937. Article 1 empowers the Ministry of the Environment and Health to issue regulations; article 2 lays down provisions relating to supervising authority; article 3 concerns administrative proceedings. The text consists of 5 articles.

The present sub-national Agreement between the Free State of Bavaria and the Free State of Thuringia lays down provisions relating to the establishment of common associations, such as, for example, water and soil associations. Article 4 establishes that for water and soil associations the Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 applies and the law of the Land where the association is set up. The present Ordinance implements article 13a of the Bavarian Soil Protection Law according to which the State Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection establishes and manages as of 1 January 2006 a special Fund for measues, such as clean-ups of contaminated sites, redevelopment, historical exploration, etc. The text consists of 5 articles.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of Community directives and regulations.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the State government is empowered to issue ordinances and laws on the responsibility to implement regulations of the European Communities. The text consists of 2 articles.

The Act’s purpose is to prevent, eliminate or/and reduce land contamination to avoid adverse effects from soil contamination through technical inspection projects.The Act consists of 13 Chapters (of which Chapter 12 is omitted): Purpose (1); Pollution Survey and permission to land use change etc. (2); The public investigation and remedial action (3); Loss of value scheme for homeowners, etc.

This Law provides for the protection of the quality of agricultural land, i.e. land used for horticulture, fruit growing, seed growing, dairy farming, the breeding and keeping of livestock, and grazing land, meadow land, market gardens and nursery grounds.

This Law provides for the protection of sea beaches, whether composed of rock or sand, in Jersey from unauthorized removal of materials. A licence for such activity shall be obtained from the Minister for Planning and Environment. A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister for Planning and Environment may think fit to impose.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the cultural heritage in the province of New Brunswick. The Act strengthen the province’s ability to conserve heritage sites and objects by establishing the Crown as legal owner of heritage objects, and prohibiting the alteration of heritage sites.
