This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 19 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards for the control of the extraction, flaring or recovery of landfill gas at facilities as described in paragraph 4. The standards and norms concern, among other things: planning, design and construction of the facility, operations, management of emergency situations and decommissioning of facilities. The standards also contain monitoring and reporting requirements.

This Law establishes legal and economic grounds for production, processing and turnover of organic agricultural commodities and raw materials, supervision and control in this sphere with a view of protection of environment and public health, ensuring rational management of soil and safeguarding consumers’ rights by labelling foodstuffs as organic products.

This notice, consisting of four sections, provides for Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Requirements for Mining Tenures and establishes that the The survey standards contained in the document called ‘Survey Requirements for Mining Tenures, Version 3.0’ have been made by the chief executive under section 6 of the Act. The survey standards contained in the document called ‘Survey Requirements for Mining Tenures, Version 2.0’ are repealed.

This Act makes provision with respect to conservation of the forest, soil, water and other natural resources of Grenada. The Minister shall establish and maintain a Forestry Department within his or her Ministry, appoint forestry officers and generally promote the interests of forestry. The Forestry Department shall, for the purpose of implementing forest policy, plant, manage and use land vested in it or put at its disposal by the Minister.

This Law prescribes all necessary standards, rules and procedures aimed to regulate the correct and sustainable management of the geodetic-cadastre of the Macedonian Republic, including the provisions governing the information system, the maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the establishment and maintenance of the cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the real estate cadastre, the basic geodetic works, the geodetic works for special purposes, the real estate property survey performed in service of the real estate cadastre, the survey and the maintenance of the state borderline

The present Law transposes into national Law the Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008 (LGBl. No. 63/2008). The Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 34 establishing that in new buildings and major renovations of buildings the technical, ecological and economic use of highly efficient alternative systems as far as available shall be considered and documented and in particular the decentralized supply of energy coming from renewable sources.

An Act by the regional government of Vienna on the prevention and reduction of pollution to implement the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control. For the purposes of the present Act “pollution” means the direct or indirect introduction as a result of human activity, of substances, vibrations, heat or noise into the air, water or land which may be harmful to human health or the quality of the environment, result in damage to material property, or impair or interfere with amenities and other legitimate uses of the environment.
