The purpose of these Measures is to effectively fulfill the state land supervision responsibilities, standardize field inspection and verification on major land problems, and improve rapid response and emergency handling capabilities of the state land supervision and inspection institution. The Measures consist of 20 Articles.The Measures provide for the contents, standards, work discipline and responsibilities, implementation and reporting of on-site inspection and verification.

This Act amends the Lands, Surveys and Environment Act 1989 with respect to grant a lease of government land and allotment of such land without competition. It also concerns consent by the Land Board to dealings with leases. The Board shall not consent to a mortgage except for the erection of a dwelling on the land or to increase the production thereof or for the purchase of any unit estate under the Unit Titles Act 2009. Consequential amendments are made to section 23 of the Survey Act 2010.

Cadastral Clearance Act.

The Act is enacted to perfect cadastral management, ensure land rights, and promote land use.In order to investigate cadastral registration in which the contents of rights are incomplete or inconsistent with the existing laws and regulations, after clarifying the content of rights and ownership, the authority concerned shall register again. The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre.

Enforcement Decree of the Building Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Building Act as well as matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. Article 5 establishes the Central Building Committee under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport which shall investigate, deliberate on, conciliate, or adjudicate on the matters listed in this article.

Regional Law No. 74 “On allotment of land plots to multi-child families”.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment in ownership by purchase or free of charge of plots of land pertaining to public and municipal property to multi-child families, and also establishes minimum and maximum land areas of the aforesaid plots of land. Multi-child family shall be considered family with three or more children less than 18 years of age. The aforesaid plots of land in inhabited areas shall be allotted for housing construction and subsistence family farming. Allotment of the aforesaid plots of land shall be performed once-only.
