This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out veterinary and sanitary arrangements in accordance with veterinary norms and standards that are compulsory for all natural and legal persons.

The Minister may require persons who are described in section 6 to apply for a certificate of residence under section 7. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority established under section 4 may restrict or prohibit residence in accordance with provisions of section 8.
